About the Owner
TransformX founder and Managing Member, Johan van Lingen is
an experienced and dynamic senior Human Resources practitioner
with over 25 years’ experience as Head of Human Resources (16
years) in the Financial Services and Manufacturing industry- across
products, channels, segments and operations.
He successfully helped HR practitioners in the past 15 years to
improve their customer interface, quality of delivery and
effectiveness through integrated people process thinking.
About TransformX
TransformX primary offering present business support in Leadership development and coaching,
HR practices and integrated process application, business strategy facilitation and business
performance and execution through process and people architecture design.
We apply a Performance Consultation approach through which we create a partnership with
business. We analyse, interpret and simplify business Human Capital processes and dynamics.
