APPOINTMENT
Madison Heights, MI – February 1, 2016 – Sika Corporation, Target Market Automotive announces
the following personnel appointment.
Mr. John Beckwith is appointed to the position of Application Engineer, Structural Technology
effective January 4, 2016.
Beckwith will be based out of Sika’s Madison Heights, Michigan, facility and will carry responsibilities
in the areas of technology development, project launch, and customer support in the Structures and
Reinforcing Technology Group.
Beckwith brings with him 10 years of experience at General Motors and almost 23 years of
experience with the Connelly Company and the Techform Group of Companies, as a direct supplier of
body hardware to automotive OEMs. He brings a wide range of skills in engineering, sales, program
management and APQP. Additionally, he holds multiple design patents, either directly, or in part, for
his work in automotive body hardware supply and design.
Beckwith holds a Bachelor of Science in Design and Drafting from the State University of New York.
