straight through the head. Blood trails are everywhere, and are

eye view.
4. Catalyst: Everything cuts to black and the character is
revealed to have had a nightmare, sweating and panicking over
the horrendous dream they’ve recently had.
5. Debate: The character grows conflicted, as they are aware
that this simply reflects on how they truly feel. The character
begins to cry in fear, unsure of what’s happening.

cloud movements, and the character is shown to be dressed up and
ready to go to school.

struggling with their academics and social life, often getting
into trouble with teachers. Character continues to struggle with
their daily life.

aid them with their situation. The duo begins to grow closer.

better; they’re slowly recovering from suicidal thoughts and
self-harming as such.
10. Bad Guys Close In (55-75): Soon the latter finds out about
the character’s horrible situation (i.e. self-harm, heavy

reason to live. Several photographs of the ones they love are
portrayed, but each with an ‘x’ mark to reveal their abandonment
of the character. The character begins to go in a frenzy of
self-harm, but fails to appease them.
12. Dark Night of the Soul: The character then slowly stands up,
looks at them in the mirror and is revealed to hate what they
see. A slow progression of the character taking the gun is
shown, looking at it carefully.
13. Break into Three: A smile comes out from the character as
they are revealed within another area; possibly within an
outdoors room somewhere in the nearby location of their house.
Their happiness is reflected through their constant smiling, but
fear and pain is reflected through the tears flowing down their
eyes.
14. Finale: The character has finally given up on living, and is
shown to point the gun on their head, shaking vigorously;
frightened but prepared of what’s to come.
15. Final Image: As the character pulls the trigger, the scene
cuts to black and a loud bang is heard, leaving little to the
audience’s imagination.
