Position: Device Verification Test Engineer
Summary:
• Experience in Electronics/Optics/Mechanical & Thermal technologies.
• Environmental Testing: Temp/Humidity, ESD, Shock/Vibration, Altitude,
EMI, EMC and EFT: Testing to IEC 61000 Standards.
• Equipment knowledge/experience: O_Scopes, Prog PS, DVM’s, PC’s etc.
• Assembly and Testing experience with System and Sub Level components
• Designing small test fixtures/adapters and test ckts for in-house testing
• Expert in soldering/extraction, Through Hole, SMT fine pitch, White wire
changes (lead/ lead free).
• Parts ordering, Part substitution, BOM updating
• Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PDF’s, Record keeping, Inventory, Final
Reports
• Equipment Maintenance, Purchasing, Renting, Calibration/Cal CERTS
• Lab Organization, Ordering tools, setting up bench work areas/ESD mats
• Maintaining CERTS, RoHS, China RoHS and REACH.
