QR codes provide easily accessible information through a mobile device camera. A study was conducted comparing traditional advertisements to those using QR codes, where participants could scan the QR codes using their phone cameras. Most participants preferred the advertisements with QR codes, with 477 out of 840 total adults choosing the QR code ad over the traditional version.

28. Several groups collected data. Based on my
research and that of my classmates it was
determined that most people preferred taking the
strips with the QR code. 477 individuals
preferred the QR ad and 363 individuals
preferred the Traditional advertisement. A total
of 477 adults out of 840 adults preferred the QR
