• The project objective was the reform of
electrical infrastructure of the Diosynth
site in Barueri - SP; to meet the actual
law requirements; provide electrical
power to the site and new production
cells with a reliable and safe electricity
distribution. The project was
implemented in two phases.
3. EElleeccttrriiccaall UUppggrraaddee
• Phase1:
• Construction of SE-01; new power feed to the site.
• Construction of SE-02; to power “the upper side” of the
site.
• Feed SE-02 from SE-01.
• Dismantle of PMV-1, replaced by Switchgear-2
• Feed PMV-2 (existing mv switchgear); to power “the
lower side” and utilities of the site.
• Phase2:
• SE-01 finalization with installation of a 750kva generator
to power the whole site
• Dismantle of PMV-2, replaced by Switchgear-1
• Commissioning of site energy consumption system
