Primary Accomplishments
 Implemented enhancements to existing ETL processes improving
the management, scheduling and deployment of ETL modules
 Created SQL based test cases for QA team enabling validation of
DataStage Source to Target ETL data migration modules.
 Leveraged Hewlett Packard's Quality Center to document and
automate the execution of test cases and advised the Offshore QA
team on test case execution.
 Gathered ETL process requirements from ETL vendor, ERP Vendor,
IT services firm and client. Collaborated with client to define data
deliverables used for validation. Used SSIS to code migration of the
data from multiple source systems to target SQL Server database.
 Automated SQL Server administrative/monitoring duties by building
several stored procedures and SQL scripts into a single easy to
manage SSIS package.
 Packaged a set of fragmented processes into one stored procedure
reducing creation time of retailer based deliverables from weeks to
days.
 Used Teradata sql scripting language to develop a program to data
profile 3000 elements on 500 tables over 6 core business subject
areas. Profiling results were stored in a data mart for further analysis
to determine if data anomalies exist in the data warehouse.
 Collaborated in conception of web service application targeted for
healthcare industry
 Addressed physician group analysis needs by providing web-based
reports via OLAP cubes which were based off underlying data mart
