Not only does NAV4ALL want to be the most inexpensive navigation service in the world, but it
also wants to be the best. That is why we need the help of test users worldwide.
You can test our routes, speed and user-friendliness for free.
Thanks to you, millions of road users will soon be able to use the best and most inexpensive
navigation system in the world for a very small annual or monthly fee.*
The only thing you need to do is register, so that we can keep in touch with you. We would also
like you to send us any comments and/or problems (>feedback) you may have and we would like
you tell your friends, family and colleagues about the benefits of NAV4ALL.
Anyone who registers can use the system. NAV4ALL will be free of charge until 15 August
2006.
You have until 15 August 2006 to use the system worldwide for free.
If, afterwards, you cannot do without it, that will not be a problem. We expect the costs to vary
from € 0,50 to € 2,00 a month.
Free subscriptions are also a possibility.
> Subscribe now.
* See also Tracking and Tracing for other possibilities than just navigation.
Until 15 August 2006 everyone can use the best navigation system in the world since we
consider every user as a test user.
The sooner you use the system, the more you can benefit from it.
NAV4ALL has no limit to the number of users: we can take on millions at a time. Only the
period is very limited.
The more people use our system, the better it will be.
So let your family members, colleagues, friends and business users (employees and/or clients)
enjoy this unique worldwide possibility of navigating using their own mobile phone/handset.
There are just two conditions. Firstly, you must have a Bluetooth enabled phone with the
corresponding Java support for Bluetooth. Have a look at Selected handsets to see if your device
is suitable.
Secondly, you must have a GPS receiver. You can buy a GPS receiver separately, but the
Bluetooth receivers used by other navigation systems such as TomTom, Route 66, Wayfinder,
Activepilot and all the others are suitable as well!
With NAV4ALL you can easily extend the reach of your current navigation system until it
practically includes the whole world, while costing you nothing! And you can also enjoy the
most recent updates free!
Use the hardware of your ‘old’ navigation system and improve it with NAV4ALL software.
If you do not have a GPS receiver, then have a look at the Shop and order the HOLUX
GPSlim236 Bluetooth GPS receiver with SiRF-Star-III.
Be quick about it, as stocks are limited!
You can also buy a comparable GPS receiver from a reliable post order company, your favourite
electronics company or your telecom provider.
In any case, be quick about it, as the quicker you can navigate flawlessly with NAV4ALL, the
longer you will enjoy it.
The following handsets are supported by NAV4ALL (or will be very soon).
Would you like to navigate worldwide with your handset right away, but yours is not yet
suitable? Consider buying a new handset, as it is always less expensive than buying another
navigation system!
Not only do the NAV4ALL route instructions appear on your handset’s display, they are also
clearly spoken in your own language.
NAV4ALL is available in 55 languages and in more than 100 different voices.
You can choose a female or a male voice in almost every language. For the English version you
can even choose various amusing voices. Listen and select what you like best.
What could be easier than navigating with your own handset?
Click on the NAV4ALL menu and enter a new destination or click on a previously saved
destination. It’s that simple.
Your GPS receiver - as you do need it - recognises the location where you are at that moment,
while your handset contacts the NAV4ALL main computer, which then calculates your route
within seconds and relays it to your handset.
Next, follow the clear arrows on your display or the spoken instructions and you will arrive at
your destination. With the car, your scooter, your motorcycle or by walking, it’s that easy…
How easy? Click on Instructional films.
Of course, we do much more than just bring you from A to B. Points of interest are included as
well.
With one press of a button you can telephone points of interest or other destinations, as that is
also integrated into the system.
If you can use your mobile phone, then you can also navigate with NAV4ALL.
We will demonstrate, so that you can practice using your own handset.
We will guide you to where you want to go, as we are familiar with all the countries of the
world.
To guide you properly we would also like to speak your language…
Click on your flag.
Update your xxxxxxxx with a free NAV4ALL upgrade.
NAV4ALL frees you from the limitations imposed upon you by your navigation system.
And it will be FREE until 15 August 2006, after which it will be very inexpensive, we promise!
Enter the most current NAVTEQ navigation information into your xxxxxxxx to use the superior
NAV4ALL software. The result is a much wider radius of action, the most up-to-date data and
no update costs.
You can upgrade your existing xxxxxxxx by sending a simple SMS.
Release notes
Throughout the world and on a daily basis, new roads are being opened, while others are being
improved.
Local traffic measures influence road usage even more often.
Every week NAV4ALL enters all the updates supplied by NAVTEQ.
Select a country and see how much has changed over the past few months.
Keep up-to-date and drive happily with NAV4ALL without having to do a single thing.
No need to buy or install updates, nothing…
Click on the flag of the country for which you want to see the release notes.
For the time being NAV4ALL is totally free and you do not need to purchase any expensive
hardware. Besides your mobile phone, all you need is a GPS receiver.
If you do not have a GPS receiver, then order the HOLUX GPSlim236 Bluetooth GPS receiver
with SiRF-Star-III.
Be quick about it, as stocks are limited!
You can also buy a comparable GPS receiver from a reliable post order company, your favourite
electronics company or your telecom provider.
The Bluetooth receivers for many other navigation systems such as TomTom, Route 66,
Wayfinder and Activepilot are suitable as well!
If you are a user of another system, then switch over quickly to free NAV4ALL and it won't cost
you anything, not even for updates!
Finding your parked car in a busy city? Navigating by driving or walking to another NAV4ALL
user? Finding out where employees or means of transport are?
The NAV4ALL Tracking & Tracing function not only makes it possible, but also makes
everything easier to organise.*
For the ultra-professional market NAV4ALL offers a complete Tracking & Tracing system,
which lets you view vehicle movements. They send their data straight to the company’s
computer centre without any intermediary.
NAV4ALL has developed software to link the position of moving vehicles with SAP.
For private use, software will be made available with which you can easily track the position of a
moving vehicle on your PC without any intermediary therefore guaranteeing your privacy. The
expected release date is 1st March 2006.
*Please note that although the NAV4ALL computer does determine the routes, it does not save
them. See our Privacy Statement.
NAV4ALL services know no limitations when it comes to business usage. At least until 15
August 2006 there are no other costs related to any of our services than those of the telecom
traffic.
Users can use NAV4ALL for promotional purposes, to attract new users, etc. It is not permitted
to distribute NAV4ALL services other than for free, although in principle free distribution can be
done without restrictions.
The General Delivery Terms and Conditions of NAV4ALL apply.
Press release
Newcomer challenges established navigation systems.
For the time being, totally free of charge...
The market for navigation techniques is constantly changing. First, the costly on-board systems
became the ones to follow, then the Dutch TomTom burst onto the market with a more
economical, portable device.
TomTom very quickly became a favourite with a wide audience of investors. After its market
introduction, the value of the company went through the roof.
And now not only TomTom, quoted on the stock exchange, but also all kinds of other navigation
system providers have been surprised by a navigation system that is much better, more
economical and for the time being, even totally free of charge: NAV4ALL.
Navigating using a mobile phone.
NAV4ALL’s strategy is one of unknown simplicity until now: no hardware is needed, except for
a mobile phone and a GPS receiver.
The system is simplicity personified. The user chooses a destination using their mobile phone.
Then, the mobile phone contacts the central computer, which determines the itinerary within a
few seconds and sends it to the mobile phone. The traveller can then go on their merry way.
The only things the modern navigator needs is a mobile phone and a GPS receiver, which do not
weigh more than 150 grams combined.
And for the rest, the new system is of superior simplicity: the route is not described using
detailed maps, but a simple arrow points straight on, turn right and presort on a multi-lane road
(again, missing from many systems). A semi-circle in the line indicates you are passing a
roundabout and going straight on.
The instructions are so simple because drivers should not have to be distracted. The more simple
and unambiguous the instructions are, the better their visibility. And further, any doubts and
hesitations you may have about the route to follow disappear as snow in the summer because the
instructions we give are very clear and easy to follow.
That is why all the unnecessary information is omitted. If there’s an exit 30 kilometres further
up, the system will not tell you that the exit is coming up, but rather just calmly points you
straight on…
For people who do not want to look at the display but would rather be spoken to, NAV4ALL
comes in a total of 55 languages and more than 100 different voices.
Here as well the same tactic has been applied. All unnecessary information is left out; the system
only relays what is relevant. Pure simplicity.
No costs, no limitations…
The most well-known navigation systems are linked to relatively costly hardware, while their
annual subscriptions to route services are quite expensive. And with this the user is often given
just a limited radius of action.
The new challenger to the established navigation order does not have these drawbacks, as most
people already own a mobile phone. A GPS receiver is an advantageous and easily available
device, while subscription fees will not apply for the time being until 15 August 2006.
Expectations are that the subscriptions costs after that period will vary from $0.50 to no more
than a few dollars a month for almost worldwide navigation coverage. As well, a free
subscription is one of the possibilities.
Updating existing systems.
Users of TomTom, Wayfinder, Route 66, Activepilot, Co-pilot and all kinds of other navigation
systems can easily enjoy the possibilities offered by the new navigation provider. The hardware
for the other providers can serve as a Bluetooth GPS receiver for the new system. By using
NAV4ALL software users of ‘old‘ systems not only get free route information updates, but they
also get a practically worldwide radius of action at their disposal.
Not sold in shops.
NAV4ALL is not sold in shops, which make sense because it does not cost anything…
This new navigation service can be downloaded for free from the Internet or with an SMS
received from another user.
The only thing asked in return from the users is that they register, and then the mobile phone
again plays the main role.
Mystery.
NAV4ALL is a Dutch initiative. No wonder, because as one of the first seafaring folk, the Dutch
were able to unravel the mystery of the ever-changing horizon. They developed the art of
navigation and knew how to perfect it to unknown heights.
Therefore, it is not a coincidence that the companies which deliver the cartographical
information worldwide on which all navigation systems run both have their roots in the
Netherlands: TeleAtlas and NAVTEQ, the latter founded by the Dutch company, Philips.
NAV4ALL uses the NAVTEQ map technology.
YOU’LL NEVER LOOSE YOUR WAY AGAIN!

  • 5. No costs, no limitations… The most well-known navigation systems are linked to relatively costly hardware, while their annual subscriptions to route services are quite expensive. And with this the user is often given just a limited radius of action. The new challenger to the established navigation order does not have these drawbacks, as most people already own a mobile phone. A GPS receiver is an advantageous and easily available device, while subscription fees will not apply for the time being until 15 August 2006. Expectations are that the subscriptions costs after that period will vary from $0.50 to no more than a few dollars a month for almost worldwide navigation coverage. As well, a free subscription is one of the possibilities. Updating existing systems. Users of TomTom, Wayfinder, Route 66, Activepilot, Co-pilot and all kinds of other navigation systems can easily enjoy the possibilities offered by the new navigation provider. The hardware for the other providers can serve as a Bluetooth GPS receiver for the new system. By using NAV4ALL software users of ‘old‘ systems not only get free route information updates, but they also get a practically worldwide radius of action at their disposal. Not sold in shops. NAV4ALL is not sold in shops, which make sense because it does not cost anything… This new navigation service can be downloaded for free from the Internet or with an SMS received from another user. The only thing asked in return from the users is that they register, and then the mobile phone again plays the main role. Mystery. NAV4ALL is a Dutch initiative. No wonder, because as one of the first seafaring folk, the Dutch were able to unravel the mystery of the ever-changing horizon. They developed the art of navigation and knew how to perfect it to unknown heights. Therefore, it is not a coincidence that the companies which deliver the cartographical information worldwide on which all navigation systems run both have their roots in the Netherlands: TeleAtlas and NAVTEQ, the latter founded by the Dutch company, Philips. NAV4ALL uses the NAVTEQ map technology. YOU’LL NEVER LOOSE YOUR WAY AGAIN! Feedback Found faults in the network? Mail NAVTEQ at update.navteq.com Reply to NAV4ALL mail at www.feedback@nav4all.com
