3. Escape the benefits trap
Many of you are out there right now actively spreading the word that our opportunity is
there for anyone who needs and wants it. Gold Senior Executives Mel and Irene
Wilson decided that they would put the new recruitment banner to good use at a recent
job fair:
“The event covered two days and, as you might expect, given the Midlands’ high
unemployment figures, both days were very well attended,” explained Irene. “All four of
