Approached, developed and executed an Oakland University
senior level nursing public health rotation with St. Joseph Mercy
Hospital home health - served as liaison and preceptor (profiled
in hospital "Connections" newspaper.
Created age appropriate pocket/wallet health record ledger for
senior residents at American House - easy reference for health-
care providers - printed and distributed over 500 medical health
cards.
Brokered a successful partnership with Fraser Villa which
increased relations, patient services and revenue between the
hospital and the facility (previously had no connection for several
years) into a successful cooperative alliance.
"Snuggle a Child" program. Organized and collected donated
blankets and socks to a local shelter.
Age appropriate presentation to elementary school children
