18. Quality Levels of SUE Quality Level A - Vacuum Excavation: The use of non-destructive vacuum excavation to determine the exact horizontal and vertical position of the utility. Quality Level B - Designating: Employ geophysical methods to designate the horizontal position of the known utilities that lie within the project area. Quality Level C - Surface Feature Survey / Inventory: Assessment of site utilities and correlating this information with existing utility records. Quality Level D - Records Research: Provides a feel for the overall utility congestion and is limited to project planning and route selection. *T-Rex can provide personnel for manhole investigation and collection of utility data to assist in Quality Level C.

HSE Program HSE Compliance Comprehensive HSE program in place and active to ensure safety priority HSE program is registered and compliant with ISNetworld Daily safety meetings are held to discuss potential hazards with the day’s operation PPE will be worn in all areas where required JSA’s will be conducted for complicated lifting, hydrotesting, and load out. Work at port facilities will be supported by an HSE representative to ensure compliance with T-Rex & port requirements Sub Contractors & Visitors will receive T-Rex Site specific safety orientation: Provided by HSE Manger to ensure T-Rex Safety protocols are understood Provides awareness to the hazards associated with our operation Badges will be created for visitors and subcontractors Will be required to attend JSA’s and Safety meetings when applicable Training is valid for one (1) year
