Voth Nixon Group has announced today that Frank Votaw, the company’s Chief Operating
Officer, has announced his intention to retire at the end of November. Voth Nixon Group will
undergo a rigorous internal and external search in order to find a suitable replacement. In the
meantime Ms. Abigail Nixon will assume Mr. Votaw’s responsibilities on an interim basis.
Mr. Votaw has worked at Voth Nixon Group since 2003 and has been instrumental in
establishing the company’s solid position within the asset management and investment industry.
Abigail Nixon, Managing Director of Voth Nixon Group, comments: “Frank has had a lengthy
and esteemed career at Voth Nixon Group spanning more than a decade. During his time with us
he has played a vital role in improving the company’s operational capabilities and was

believe that this is the right time for me to retire and to pursue a number of personal endeavors. I
