21.09.09   Today Amy researched both music videos and short films and
           came to the decision we would like to create a music video, we
           then went on to look at possible song choices. I also wrote up
           a Brief of the task.
23.09.09   Amy and I decided on using the song “Let me Hook Up With
           Your Brother” by Fire Drive Tiger. We then went on to looking
           at music videos we would like to analyse.
24.09.09   I analysed Katy Perry’s music video for “I Kissed a Girl”.
26.09.09   I redrafted my analysis.
28.09.09   I analysed the lyrics of Lady Gaga’s “Just Dance” video.
30.09.09   I started a shot by shot analysis of Lady Gaga’s “Just Dance”
           music video.

           music video so that we could reference this when planning our
           video.

I think Amy and I managed our time fairly well but could have been more
consistent with our working. We tended to relax and then have to work hard at
the last minute to get things done. However we did manage to complete our
task and I am pleased with the overall product.
I think Amy and I worked well as a team, we both gave ideas for the
development of the story and I felt Amy was always willing to try new ideas. I
felt Amy was good at thinking logically about how to overcome an obstacle
and worked well with the camera. I felt however she could have been more
involved in the editing of the video and the creating of the ancillary task.
Although I realise only one person can work on it at a time I would have liked
to have had her helping in the more technical side of the project. Overall I
think we were a good team.
