9. In order to qualify for ILM endorsement, you must complete a work-based assignment (WBA) (circa 500 words). The WBA is assessed by the Instructor/Internal Verifier to ensure it meets the requirements of the ILM and Course Objectives. A percentage of the WBAs are re-assessed by an AtE Internal Verifier to ensure consistency in Instructor marking. An AtE Certificate of Competence, endorsed by the ILM is then issued.
