CREATIVE PROCESS
 As the services of Group 2 are engaged – via approval of the supplied cost proposal –
a team meeting will kick off the project to ensure all parameters and expectations are
clearly defined
 Our creative workflow process includes our entire team when initiating a project
 Client presentations include two-three creative recommendations based on the
criteria supplied from the initial meeting
 All designers participate to provide clients with our best recommendations from the
entire team vs. challenging one designer to develop varying strategies themselves
 As a design direction is established, the selected creative is aligned with the designer
for complete execution, along with our account manager(s)
 When the workload has been completed, all native files created by Group 2 are turned
over to clients for full ownership to use in any capacity going forward

 Our workflow utilizes our web-based 24 | 7 project management system,
Basecamp (BC)
 BC allows all project participants to collaborate throughout the course of a
program for message and file postings, managing schedules, to-do’s, etc.
 Email alerts are sent to all identified members with easy access to BC within
the email message
 During the course of a program, BC becomes the repository for housing all
dialogue, files, and historical data for easy reference and retrieval during
(and after) the project
