San Diego Event Management had an exciting month full of new ventures, preparation for US Bikini Tour 2012,
new website and moving to our new office!
The beginning of August started with a lot of planning and laying down the ground work for SDEM’s
new venture, The Visitor’s Passport – Eat, Drink and Play like a Local!
The Visitor’s Passport features exclusive deals on the best local eats, drinks and activities for incoming
exhibitors and attendees.
Our first deal for TVP ran from August
25th to the 31st. It included 5 highly
rated restaurants in the Gaslamp
district in downtown San Diego. The
deal was offered to 3 of the major
conventions coming to San Diego
throughout the week which included
over 13 thousand exhibitors and
attendees.

2. We Trip’s first all-inclusive event takes place in Temecula, California on September 24, 2011 celebrating
California Wine Month. Travelers will get to experience wine tasting at its finest by visiting three of the most
prestigious wineries Southern California has to offer with activities planned along the way. The tour includes
grape stomping, live music, VIP tours, games, beer gardens, delicious southern California cuisine and more.
We Trip excursions include transportation, dining, and activities leaving the consumer to sit back and enjoy
the atmosphere and company of other adventurous, fun-loving travelers.
US BIKINI TOUR 2012 is in full preparation mode! We are excited to announce SDEM’s partnership with
Student City for USBT 2012!! The tour will be hitting all the major spring break destinations across the
country and internationally. We are excited to head to new cities this year including Punta Cana, Cancun,
& Puerto Vallarta! More to come on USBT 2012!
During the busy month of August, San Diego
Event Management packed up our little office
downtown and moved on to a bigger space with
more convenient amenities! Although we loved
our charming downtown office, we are happy to
be in the same building with our web designer,
tech support staff and an awesome break room
where we relieve stress with an intense game of
ping pong! Our new office is located at: 3545
Aero Court Suite C, San Diego, CA 92123.
