GLOBAL IBM STRATEGY TEAM
Matt Donovan to Serve as Chief Strategy Officer of Euro RSCG 4D
and Director of Global Strategy, IBM
NEW YORK, April 5, 2010 – Following the news late last year that
IBM named Euro RSCG 4D its lead global digital agency, Euro RSCG 4D
continues to grow its core team, most recently announcing three new
members of its global digital strategy team: Matt Donovan, Kandace
Hudspeth and Julianna Young.
After serving as chief strategy officer of Euro RSCG Asia Pacific, for the
past three years, Matt Donovan has been relocated from China to New
York and named Chief Strategy Officer for Euro RSCG 4D & PR North
America, and Director of Global Strategy on IBM.
Donovan, is an eight-year veteran of Euro RSCG, originally hired by
now Global CEO David Jones in Sydney to be the agency's head of
digital strategy, having co-founded FCBi Australia. While in Sydney, he
was one of the team that spotted the Metrosexual trend that Euro
RSCG popularized globally. Since then he has worked in local, regional
& global roles, in Asia Pacific and North America. He co-founded the
agency's brand consulting arm Euro RSCG Leap in New York, led
strategy for the agency's Dell relationship across Asia Pacific, and has
2. developed his technology & digital experience in 14 countries,
including two years living in Shanghai. His has worked with the likes of
Dell, Intel, SanDisk, autodesk, Nike, Jaguar, Orange, Sony, Gatorade,
Reckitt Benckiser, & Pernod Ricard, to name a few.

Joining Donovan as global strategy manager for IBM is Kandace
Hudspeth who comes to Euro RSCG 4D from MRM New York, where
she was director of digital, in charge of MRM's social practice, and
leading client efforts on Diageo, General Mills, GM, & Exxon. Hudspeth
spent 18 months as an onsite client strategy resource for Intel & the
US Army, for web marketing initiatives, information architecture,
metadata strategy, and CRM efforts. Prior to joining MRM, she worked
for iCrossing on Coca Cola, Symantec, Citi and Hilton. Hudspeth holds
a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and an MBA
from the University of Phoenix.

Also joining the team is Julianna Young, a young star at the New York
agency, who is being promoted from her current role in New Business,
to the role of junior strategist, IBM.
Young was a member of the agency's pitch-winning teams for Lacoste
and Heineken digital, and Heineken USA agency of record. She worked
within the NY digital department as a research analyst on emerging
digital trends, and as marketing manager and analyst for two Euro
RSCG book publications "Good for Business: The rise of the conscious
corporation" (O'Reilly, Welch, Gobhai, and Benett, 2009) and
"Consumed" (due out 2010). She was a Psychology and Marketing
Major at DePaul University.
