The document provides information about tax preparation services available at the Fort Drum Tax Assistance Center. It states that single and married soldiers with no dependents who can file the 1040EZ tax form qualify for drop-off tax preparation services, which do not require an appointment. To use the drop-off service, soldiers must bring their military ID, Social Security card copy, Army W-2, and a voided check. The requirements for filing a 1040EZ tax form are also listed. Soldiers who do not qualify for a 1040EZ are directed to the center's online resources for free tax preparation options.

3) Army W-2 (available at www.mypay.dfas.mil) An LES is not sufficient
4) A voided check/deposit slip in order to receive your refund by direct deposit
