Materials Manager
I provide leadership across all shifts to ensure that the warehouse operates efficiently
with the optimum level of personnel in order to meet customer demand. I develop
departmental budgets, and am able to manage costs within those budgets. I work
with other sites, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers as needed to address
supply/logistics issues, including customer supplied packaging, and ensure inventory
accuracies within the warehouse operations by maintaining a robust system practice

that may have arisen with production personnel. I monitored production efficiency on
a daily and weekly basis, with regular reports submitted to the Manufacturing
Manager, I coordinated and completed daily, monthly and annual inventory reports, I
also mediated KAIZEN events since completing KAIZEN facilitator training. I have
completed Daimler Chrysler's Container Shipping training seminar, and worked with
