- Hi name Lisa O’Reilly and going to talk to you about great week at RYLA
- This is going to be what I am going to talk about in my talk.
- First like to thank everyone for allowing me opportunity go. I have had an amazing time and feel I have learned a lot from experience and made lots of new life long friends. Been experience will never forget. So thank you
- When thinking what to talk about looked what rotary about with help to find rotary 4 way test. Decided to base talk on that.
- Was it beneficial? Yes, feel very beneficial as right from start when getting on bus was tested as no seats left so had to ask to sit beside stranger. Lucky as Girl sat beside, turned out in my team and became one of closest friends at Ryla. Also made lots more amazing friends who became close to and by end of week found easier to go up and talk to people
- Will it build goodwill and friendship? Yes, it will build good will and friendship as at the start of the week knew no one and felt intimidated as rest group older and confident but by end of week was like known each other for years so built friendship and built goodwill as some activities were quite challenging especially for people who were afraid of heights so a lot of people over came their fears and did something never thought able to.
- Is it the truth? Yes, as the feedback from your team and mentors was very truthful and it showed a lot about your role in the team.
- Finally, Was it fair to all involved? Yes, as everyone got a chance to take part in every activity and had a chance to voice there opinions and everyone got treated equally.
- Thank you again for allowing me to go to RYLA was an experience I will never forget. This is end of talk. Any Questions?
