1. Shared Learning and Community Digital Inclusion through telecentre services project Cornelia Popescu Fundația EOS – Romania

In order to achieve this purpose EOS and the partner organizations will organize a number of four workshops ( each partner will co-host a workshop in his country) The four themes for the workshops are: Workshop 1: Romania – ICT for development and telecentres services; Workshop 2: Serbia – Social entrepreneurship and sustainability; Workshop 3: Latvia – Employability; Workshop 4: Moldova – Citizenship and participatory community development

5. Participants in this project and duration of the workshops Each of the 4 workshops will take place over a period of three days and will involve 20 participants plus one workshop coordinator, following the structure: 5 participants from Romania; 5 participants from Serbia; 5 participants from Latvia and 5 participants from Moldova.
6. Outcomes of the project Most important product of this project will be the Best practice guide that will be developed at the end of the project. The best practice guide will be developed by the applicant together with all the partners; Each organization will collect best practices on each of the four themes and will translate them from each local language into English.
7. Target Audience and Beneficiaries of Initiative The project partners will ensure a multi level impact in terms of audience and direct beneficiaries - more precisely at 4 levels: Level 1 – represented by the applicant and the 3 partner organizations . The impact at this level will be very visible in terms of telecentre network management, capacity building and improvement of network operations, and last but not least more diverse and improved support services offered to each network’s membership;

9. Target Audience and Beneficiaries of Initiative Level 4 – through national dissemination all telecentre type establishments will be able to benefit from the shared experiences and best practices.
