The document provides descriptions of 14 design projects completed by LDL Studio, an architecture and design firm. 2. Goal: To create a day spa which will
help patrons ‘escape’ to serenity.
Invoke a peaceful, relaxing
environment by the use of beautiful
wood grains, imported tiles, bamboo
wall covering and a delicate balance
of hard and soft surfaces.

3. We created a modern/casual Italian
bistro; the design became the union
between landscape and building.
We began with a 280-foot liner ribbon
soffit with continuous 3D floral relief
and LED lighting as the main feature
over the bar and pizza bar.

4. The restaurant was conceived as
a destination venue, highlighting
the owner and chef’s origins
and deep traditions of French
Caribbean culture with world-class
Caribbean cuisine. It’s become a
key component in the revitalization
of historical downtown.

5. Pyara’s goal was to enlarge the
elegance of the first store with
color, texture and an atmosphere
that entices the senses. We chose
to do this by using various styles
of screen walls to isolate specific
programs from each other.

6. We created a three-story restaurant
and lounge all within a space of
less than 1000 sf per floor. We also
added a glass floor in between the
first and the second floor, allowing
patrons to see down into the dining
room and lounge.

7. West Glen’s design goal was to
create a destination spa with a
sizable retail area. The client’s
objectives were a sophisticated
material palette and design solution
that granted each client as much or
as little privacy as they wished.

8. We were asked to create an edgy
interpretation of a previously
designed restaurant to fit in context
with the recently renovated airport.
The project was designed with long
liner lines, glass on glass woven with
stainless steel details.

9. Together with CBT, Sodexho and
Curry College, we implemented the
best solutions for contemporary
campus food service, which in turn
challenged us to create a venue that
is successful, flexible and within
their budgeted objectives.

10. We were hired with Beautiful Forever Inc.
(NYC) to design a 40,000 sf Cosmetic
Center for the Mckenna Hospital Group. The
first of its kind, the hospital is accepting the
growth of independent cosmetic centers by
developing an LEED facility with O.R. suites,
procedure rooms and support programs.
