11. In 2010, the median sale price increase by
$10,000 or 7.0% to $152,000 which is
virtually identical to the all-time high set in
2008.
It is interesting to point out that the 7.0%
increase in the median price is lower than
the 9.4% increase in the average. This is
the result of considerably more of the
high-end houses selling in 2010 compared
to 2009.

Notes de l'éditeur
As a result of our county’s ability and willingness to collaborate, strategize and advocate for the greater good; our community has won numerous awards, recognitions, accolades and built one of the nation’s most vibrant communities of its size. For every accolade Marquette County receives, the LSCP, a member or partner has been involved in some way. While the LSCP can’t take credit for every honor Marquette County has received, we should not apologize for being a part of it. We believe the same success that Marquette County has savored can be experienced on a regional basis, throughout Upper Michigan with the same type of cohesiveness.
