Summary
Result oriented senior professional with above 11 years of rich working experiences in the field of Skill training,
Education, Health and livelihood intervention for overall socio economic development of the villagers.
Currently working with IL&FS- Education as Regional CSR Anchor representing Parivartan Project (CSR of
IL&FS) with major responsibilities to promote quality education intervention in government schools, executing Skill
training initiatives and providing preventive and curative health services to villagers in Jharkhand
Prior to this I worked as State Programme Coordinator in Nav Bharat Jagriti Kendra, executing women
empowerment, entitlement realization and livelihood enhancement projects with 33 NGO partners in 11 Districts of
Jharkhand and executed health project focusing on reducing MMR and IMR supported by CINI .
As Branch Manager and team leader I had successfully executed projects on Skill Training, Micro Credit, watershed,
rural industrialization programme and Health.
Executed project on livelihood promotion in Santhal Pargana District through sustainable agriculture promotion,
formation of Non Forest Timber Producer Society and its empowerment through capacity building of their members
and providing backward and forward market linkages

April 2010 - Till date: Working as Senior Officer/ Regional CSR Anchor with IL&FS-Education executing
CSR projects on Education, Skills Development (Skill Training and Placement) and Health in Jharkhand.
Major Responsibilities
 Responsible for proper planning, implementation & monitoring of CSR Initiatives.
 Executing and ensuring Health Services and livelihood initiatives (Skill Training and Placement) in
operational area.
 Overall management of Anganwari Center in project operation area
 Promotion of Quality education in 42 Government Schools using different Teaching Learning Materials
(TLM) and multimedia content developed for class 1 to 10th
.
 Liaison with government departments and different Corporate at state level for ensuring compliance
 Planning and carry out community level activities in line with thrust areas for enhancing their livelihood
through employability.
 Ensuring cost effectiveness and proper utilization of resources
 Ensuring monthly/quarterly/annual reporting maintaining timeline.

Major Achievements
 Successfully mobilized and provided training followed by placement to 800 youths from different
districts of Jharkhand. These Projects were supported ITNL, NTPC, Tata Steel and Thesis.
 Provided training to around 500 youths in Hospitality, BPO, Electrical and fitter through STAR and
PMKVY.
 Established 9 Skill training centers for imparting skill training to youths in different districts of
Jharkhand
 Successfully providing training and placement to above 1500 Youths through skill training supported by
MoRD and Ministry of Textile
 Successfully trained and provided placement to 700 youths in Hospitality trade (Hunar Se Rozgar Tak )
supported by Ministry of Tourism.
 Established CSR initiatives in 42 government Schools covered under the Parivartan Project and Quality
promotion in 95 schools of Bokaro, Hazaribagh, Latehar, Gumla, Khunti, Godda, Jamtara, Chatra and
Simdega Districts using multimedia teaching and setting of computer lab (ICT).
 Improved management and quality of education in 4 Anganwari centers of Ranchi and Ramgarh
Districts of Jharkhand.
 Business Development for Smart Class from different districts of Jharkhand through IAP and DIF
amounting to Rs. 3 Crores (Approx)
 Rewarded letter of Appreciation by DSC(District Superintendent Education officer) , Ranchi and related
department for enhancing the quality of education among the students and also helped teachers of these
schools in facilitating their teaching skill better which has lead to enhanced concept building and better
student performance
 Smooth execution of Health intervention in the project area benefiting above one lakh villagers through
medical Health Camps followed by medicine distribution and counseling.
 Parivartan Project moving towards sustainable and acceptable by all stakeholders.
 Awarded best CSR intervention in education by CM in CSR conclave organized at state level.
August 2008- March 10: working with Infrastructure Leasing and Financial serviceslimited (IL&FS-IETS) as
Officer/ Project Manager.
Major Responsibilities
 Representing IL&FS-IETS for promoting Business models schools and vocational training centers in
Jharkhand
 Identification and building sustainable partnership with education institutions and corporate foundations.
 Organizing and managing team - performance and target achievements.
 Capacity Building of the teachers and staff of the school for ensuring joyful and stimulating learning
 Executing Skill training and placement programme supported by MORD (SEAM, SESS and STEP)
 Formulating strategy and developing IEC materials for community mobilization
 Monitoring and ensuring that the existing Formal/Mainstream school conditions are of a high standards
Major Achievements
 Established four LCHQ model schools which includes School infrastructure renovating using BALA
concept, installation of playing equipments, setting of ICT (information communication and
Technology) lab , teaching and learning done using English Relay kits , Math Master kit and K Yan
loaded with Multimedia content developed for class 1 to class 8 which enable student in better learning
with longer retention of concepts.
 Student enrollment increased by 7 times % in these schools due to community mobilization and facilities
provided in the school
 Livelihood promotion of 80 villagers through Tasar Silk weaving through cluster formation supported by
JHARCRAFT
 Provided Computer Education literacy to above 750 villages’ youth followed by placement assistance.

August 2007 –July 2008: Worked as Branch Manager ofKoderma (Jharkhand) and Bodh Gaya( Bihar)
District with Nav Bharat Jagriti Kendra.

 Responsible for smooth implementation of Livelihood, Skill Training and Placement, Micro credit,
women Empowerment, Education projects and Managing orphanage house in Koderma and Bodh Gaya
Major Achievements
 3 Employability training center established and imparted training to above 850 youths in the trade of
Hospitality, Automobile Engineering, Retail Sale and BPO / Computer supported by Cap foundation
and other agencies..
 Increased micro credit business of the organization by 45% within 9 months through Joint liability group
and SHGs
 Supportive supervision to above 300 youths for starting their enterprises through Rural Industrialization
Programme supported by SIDBI.
 Enhanced the income of Markaccho village (Koderma District) farmer by 40% through construction of 5
ponds water of which they used for cultivating cash crop.
 Certification of above 1350 people suffering from mental disability & linking them with Rinpass,
Kankai,Ranchi where they start getting regular treatment followed by free medicines.
 700 PWD was facilitated in getting certificate and also linked with government inline department for
free distribution of kits and linking the beneficiaries with swami Vivekananda Nistak yojna.
 Increased the enrollment of orphanage students by 65%
 Handled operation in the region amounting to Rs. 5 crore Annually(Approx)

Programme) with additional responsibilities RCH Project (CINI) and KOPAL (Plan international)
Major Responsibilities
 Implementing of project (PACS) in 11 districts of Jharkhand through network of NGO while ensuring
Budget , quality and timeliness
 Managing NGOS on programme interventions, gaps identification and their capacity building.
 Using evidence based data and sharing the same with government departments for better programme
implementation
 To generate financial utilization reports for different agencies
 Represent NBJK in various state and district level forums
Health: (CINI and PLAN INTERNATIONAL)
 Capacity Building of RMP, AWC Sevika and Organizing community level meetings on RCH,
HIV/AIDS, Anemia, Family Planning methods and menstruation.
 Sensitizing Govt and private doctors, local practitioners, village level functionaries, ICDS, intellectuals
on Birth Registration.
 Establishing system and procedures for management of health supplies from the district to the
community levels and addressing the supply issues at appropriate forums for better delivery of the
services at the community level.
Major Achievements
 Formed 1245 women Self groups and provided linkages with Banks
 Formed 33 cluster , 11 federation and 11 intellectual groups which provided them platform for raising
their local problem at different levels and also getting their problem resolved.
 Literate 450 illiterate women within 9 months through TARA AKSHAR functional literacy programme.
 More than 900 poorest families get 100 days of work under NREGA and access to food security
schemes.
 9 Panchayats levels perspective plans for NREGA developed and these plans are accepted by the
government officials. In these villages work was done on the basis of the panchayat perspective plan
developed by our CSo and community partners.
 Submitting memorandum to Hazaribagh commissioner on status of NREGA with live case studies
followed by distribution of job cards to above 75% interested villagers and release of their payment from
the department.
 Targeted stakeholder accepted our health intervention resulting in 100% delivery of new born in
institution followed by their regular immunization
 Though awareness camping regarding Birth registration / PCPNDT Act , around 2500 villagers were
provided Birth Registration Certificate
Jan 2004 – April 2005: Worked with Agrarian Assistance Association as Project Coordinator.
Major Responsibilities
 Strengthening of Mahila Gram Mandal & providing training on writing minute’s books and maintaining
Books of accounts.
 Formation of Non Timber Forest produces society at Regional level and their strengthening.
 Developing innovative ideas on livelihood promotion through sustainable agriculture.
 Providing backward and forward markets linkages for minor forest products and goods made by Mahila
Gram Mandal.
Major Achievements
 Increased the income of the villagers by above 30% through formation of producer society at district
level where villagers used to sell their forest Minor produce and producer society used to directly sell
their products eliminating middle man at village and block level.
 Constructed 24 farm Ponds which increase the agriculture production leading to enhance the livelihood
status of the farmers of 12 villages.
 Establishment of Community Agriculture learning center in 32 villages of Dumka district
 Successfully handled operation of Rs. 1.5 Crore Annually
August 03 – December 03:worked with Jharkhand based NGO executing Health and Livelihood Projects
 Capacity Building of Project staff on HIV/AIDS and RCH
 Monitoring Health services at Palajori and Sarwan Block of Deoghar District.
 Liaison with Government Health Department for availing their services at village level
 Organizing health Camps at Block and village level followed by medicine distribution.
 Organisng different Capacity building training for Asha Workers on Reproductive Child Health and
HIV/AIDS
 Supportive supervision to livelihood team on Vermi and other compost for promoting sustainable
agriculture.

Major Achievements  Formed 1245 women Self groups and provided linkages with Banks  Formed 33 cluster , 11 federation and 11 intellectual groups which provided them platform for raising their local problem at different levels and also getting their problem resolved.  Literate 450 illiterate women within 9 months through TARA AKSHAR functional literacy programme.  More than 900 poorest families get 100 days of work under NREGA and access to food security schemes.  9 Panchayats levels perspective plans for NREGA developed and these plans are accepted by the government officials. In these villages work was done on the basis of the panchayat perspective plan developed by our CSo and community partners.  Submitting memorandum to Hazaribagh commissioner on status of NREGA with live case studies followed by distribution of job cards to above 75% interested villagers and release of their payment from the department.  Targeted stakeholder accepted our health intervention resulting in 100% delivery of new born in institution followed by their regular immunization  Though awareness camping regarding Birth registration / PCPNDT Act , around 2500 villagers were provided Birth Registration Certificate Jan 2004 – April 2005: Worked with Agrarian Assistance Association as Project Coordinator.
