The initial plans document outlines a proposed documentary about tea that will target late teens to 30-year-olds. It will discuss the history, uses, availability, and types of tea. The working title is "Brewing Up A Storm" but may change. The documentary will air on Channel 4 at 7pm on Wednesdays to capture audiences from surrounding shows and benefit from their advertising.

tea, why the nation drink tea etc.

• The target audience of our
documentary will be late teens to
the age of 30, this will be because
its a light hearted topic which fits
in with the channel we plan to
put it on.

• Our documentary will be on
Channel 4, this is because
Channel 4 caters for young adults
and more specific audiences
which is the target audience for
our documentary.

6. Scheduling
• Our documentary will be shown on a
Wednesday at 7pm. We have done this
so that it is hammocking inbetween
Hollyoaks and The Food Hospital, so we
can inherit the audience from Hollyoaks
and get the audience from The Food
Hospital to tune in as well. This means
we can advertise to a larger audience.
