IT Service Management Initiatives
 As a consultant to IT/IS headquarters, led and managed business analysis and project management
activities to identify and define IT/IS process requirements to build-out the Service Catalog. Completed 11
“Proof of Concept” Request Fulfillment processes and metrics. Configuration of system functionality,
organizing and publishing “On-Demand” integrated services achieved business capabilities supporting
service demand, capacity, operational practices, as well as capturing financial and performance metrics.
 As a consultant to Manufacturing Division IT (US & EMEA), managed data migrations, build-outs, and
training plans specific to Incident, Knowledge Management, and Request Fulfillments. Ensured data
integrity, quality, and migration readiness with project milestones reached on-time and within budget.
 As a consultant to Global Technology Solutions, managed service design processes introducing 8 new
business solutions /service packages valued at an aggregate of ~$25M. Formal service packages
introduced to user community, Service Catalog, and underpinning contract.
 As a consultant to Global Technology Solutions, developed and managed communications and service
design supporting the transition / outsourcing of R&D Help Desk, Deskside Support commodity services,
and feasibility study. Provided planned and transparent communications that met business user
expectations during transition activities. Facilitated the user experience during feasibility participation, and
supported the portfolio services reduction strategy to “focus on core competencies and qualify emerging
technologies.”

Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence / Analytics Initiatives
 As a consultant to R&D IT, Integrated Data & Innovative Analytics, managed the implementation of 3
Spotfire components across internal/external domains. Developed the business case to implement
Linguamatics (Natural Language Processing). Benefits realization focused on providing R&D with additional
analytical capabilities and reducing response time for safety information and industry alerts.
 As a consultant to Corporate Informatics, managed the implementation of the new data warehousing
repository, business intelligence system including ETL tool, and operations model. Provided oversight of
the infrastructure build-out, re-engineered the change management process, tracked inter-dependencies of
data work streams in preparation for migration and training activities. Corporate strategic objectives and
healthcare regulatory imperatives were met by transitioning multiple disparate systems into a singular
platform, reducing long term costs, increasing business and decision making capabilities, and improving
operational and PMO processes.
Process Improvement and Optimization Initiatives
 As an independent consultant, developed and established project management standards processes,
procedures, and methods. Successful implementations and transformation were achieved using methods to
control areas of progress, risk, business impacts, budgets and schedules.
 As a consultant to Global Human Health IT, Commercial Contract Manage Care (Medicare) client services,
was commissioned to redefine and lead the execution of client requests and fulfillment processes.
Implemented system enhancements, built strong relationships between business and technology, and
represented the unit before the Change Control Board and Portfolio Management Office. Immediate results
improved communications and operational capabilities realizing a 50% reduction in time for issue resolution
and system changes.
 As a consultant of Global Technology Solutions, contributed towards the improvement of Service Design
operational processes, documentation, and service introduction. Results provided regulatory compliance
and serving as continual improvement of the ITIL practice.
HR Applicant Tracking System Initiatives
 As a consultant, led multiple “Software-as-a-Service” (SaaS) implementations of global HR Applicant
Tracking and On-boarding systems from post-sale to support management. Added $7.5M to company
revenue while providing high business value for customers.
 As a consultant to PMO Enterprise, provided business analysis and project management assistance for the
implementation / customization of a global HR Applicant Tracking System valued at $9M. Assisted in
developing project management processes for the newly created Project Management Office. Achieved
efficiency improvements for recruiting operations and established project practice construct, standards, and
procedures for use across the enterprise.

Developed the business case to implement Linguamatics (Natural Language Processing). Benefits realization focused on providing R&D with additional analytical capabilities and reducing response time for safety information and industry alerts.  As a consultant to Corporate Informatics, managed the implementation of the new data warehousing repository, business intelligence system including ETL tool, and operations model.
