- User experience design by it’s very nature should be a representative and inclusive process.Separation of access & UCDHowever, even now, there’s a clear delineation between accessible design and UCD practices by most UX professionalsSeparate Roles & RULES – not people.

- Most websites have the potential to be visited by users with disabilities or by people whose experience will be greatly enhanced by accessible design. ButIn defining key user groups during the initial design stages, it’s rare that these users are considered. Characteristics and needs of users with disabilities are rarely incorporated into user profiles and personas from an early stage of design research.
- Why do we categorise users by disability and not their AT needs?Why isn’t Diversity a characteristic of a persona – like LOTE or AGE or EnvironmentUsers with diverse needs in every pocket of societyNo longer exclude IRL so why are STILL online?
