. Performa wide varietyof supportdutiestofacilitate the workof the office requiringmultitaskskills,
withcomplete authorityspecificallyschedulingof appointments,meetings,briefings,andother
commitmentsthathave a directeffectonfuture decisionsandprogramdirection. Provide heavy
supportof calendarmeetingsforthe Directorof Technologywhichincludestelephonecontactwithkey

. Screenand monitorphone calls usingmyknowledge of the office toanswersubstantivequestionsnot

. Create travel orders,reservationsforhotels,limo’sandwhenneededgrouptravel plansforthe Office

base for CONUSand OCONUStravel followingall travel regulationsandprocedures.
. Serve as the TrainingCoordinate forODoTwhichincludestrackingtrainingtaken,registeringstaff for
trainingandensuringthatall DD 1556 and SF 182 formshave beensubmittedandapproved.
. Input,track, manage and verifytime andattendance forthe ODoToffice usingATTAPSsystemandPIP
for leave requests.
