This presentation was given to the LA Chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers in Los Angeles on July 27, 2009. The goal of the presentation was to provide the NAPO members with an understanding of some foundation topics in the field of information science. The focus was on digital information with the added goal of providing concepts that can be transferred from large collections to small collections.
