What is an infinitive?
What does it mean to conjugate a verb?
When you have two verbs in the present tense, you
conjugate the first verb, and leave the second verb in
the infinitive form.
Examples:
J‟aime danser.
Tu veux dormir.
Je peux chanter.
Tu dois étudier.
