Speaker Biographies: Dave Bozeman

Dave Bozeman is a senior vice president with responsibility for the Caterpillar Enterprise System Group. This organization
consists of seven unique businesses: Caterpillar Production System (CPS), Integrated Logistics Services (ILS), Global
Purchasing (GP), Process Transformation, Lean Office, Business Resources and Human Resources. These businesses are
working to drive superior results in the order-to-delivery discipline for the enterprise.
Since joining Caterpillar Inc. in 2008, Dave has served as general manager for the Specialty Products Business Unit. In 2009,
the Caterpillar Board of Directors named Dave vice president of the Core Components Business Unit. And in June of 2010, he
was named vice president of the Integrated Manufacturing Operations Division.
Dave joined Caterpillar in October of 2008 from Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where he was vice president of Advanced
Manufacturing responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of advanced manufacturing technology. In
particular, he was the manufacturing voice at the concept phase of product development, which included directly supporting
the product plan and manufacturing objectives on cost and flexibility.
Dave is a Chicago, Illinois native. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering
Technology/Mechanical Design from Bradley University and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the
Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Outside of his participation on the Executive Leadership Council, Dave is a member of the Society of Manufacturing
Engineers Education Foundation Board of Directors. He also serves on Bradley University's Manufacturing and Industrial
Engineering Advisory Board.
Speaker Biographies: Herman Bulls

Herman Bulls is an International Director and the founder and Chairman of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Public Institutions business,
which delivers comprehensive real estate solutions to public entities. Additionally, he works with large corporate clients to
devise and implement real estate strategies as well as reviews merger and acquisition opportunities for the firm. Bulls
completed almost 12 years of active duty service with the Army, including assignments at West Point as Assistant Professor,
in the Republic of Korea and the Pentagon. Additionally he founded Bulls Advisory Group and Bulls Capital Partners, a Fannie
Mae multifamily lending joint venture with SunTrust and Goldman Sachs as successive partners. He is a retired Army colonel.
Bulls serves on public, private and not for profit boards, including Comfort Systems, USA, Exelis, Rasmussen College, USAA
and Vice Chair of the West Point Association of Graduates. He is also a member of the Real Estate Advisory Committee for
New York State Teachers' Retirement System. Bulls is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, and former Chairman of
the Executive Leadership Foundation. He received a BS degree in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point
and a MBA in finance from Harvard Business School.
Speaker Biographies: Iris Bulls

Mrs. Iris Bulls serves as Deputy Director for the Defense Language & National Security Education Office within the Office of
the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness. Mrs. Bulls advises the Director and the Deputy Assistant
Secretary of Defense for Readiness, who also serves as the Department of Defense (DoD) Senior Language Authority (SLA),
on all matters related to foreign language capabilities in the Department of Defense.
Mrs. Bulls' previously served as a member of the Defense Language Transformation Team. She was one of six military
officers, from the Army, Navy and US Air Force, who developed the Defense Language Transformation Roadmap which
provided Deputy Secretary of Defense level guidance for foreign language policy, programs, funding and training.
As a Federal employee, Mrs. Bulls first served as a program analyst in the Office of the Secretary of Defense for quality of life
programs. She later served two years as a Presidential Appointee in the Clinton Administration on the Army staff as Principal
Deputy Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs.
Mrs. Bulls has a Master’s degree in Education Administration from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and a Bachelor
of Arts degree from Virginia State University in Petersburg, Virginia. She has three sons two of whom are serving in the
military as commissioned officers and one who is a manager with Sodexo.
Speaker Biographies: James R. Calvin, Ph.D.

James R. Calvin, Ph.D. is Associate Professor and Faculty Director of the Leadership Development Program (LDP) for
Multicultural and Multinational Leaders, and the MBA in Organization Development Program at the Carey Business School,
Johns Hopkins University.
Dr. Calvin has work and management experience in several areas of business including advertising, retail, public policy and
nonprofits. At IEL he worked with William S. “Bill” Woodside former CEO of Primerica and Sky Chefs; and with James J.
Renier former CEO of Honeywell to develop diverse leaders across America.
In the area of executive leadership development, executive coaching, and organization development and negotiation Dr.
Calvin has consulted with the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), Fannie Mae, General Electric (GE), Inter-American
Development Bank (IDB), Verizon, KPMG, GENCO, Xerox Quality Services, the Brookings Institution, QVC Inc., The World
Bank, The Global Center in Kuwait, the American Chamber of Commerce in Peru, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, UTC
Aerospace Systems, GSA, GAO and other Federal Agencies. He has authored a number of book chapters, published essays,
and refereed journal articles.
Dr. Calvin is the recipient of several national awards. He is a keynote speaker to associations, business, government,
education and other groups across the United States and internationally in Australia, Cameroon, China, Canada, Colombia,
Fiji, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Portugal, St. Lucia, Scotland, and the United Kingdom.

James earned a B.F.A. from the Rochester Institute of Technology. His M.A. and Ph.D. (with distinction) with a concentration
in phenomenology, culture and communication are from New York University.
Speaker Biographies: William H. Carson, M.D.

William H. Carson, M.D. is President and Chief Executive Officer of Otsuka Pharmaceutical Development &
Commercialization, Inc. (OPDC), a member of its Board of Directors, and a corporate officer. He has a proven track record of
successful clinical development of pharmaceutical compounds leading to worldwide regulatory authority approvals.
Reporting directly to him are the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer; Senior Vice President, Global Regulatory
Affairs; Senior Vice President, Translational Medicine and Think Team; and the Vice Presidents for the Therapeutic areas;
Clinical Management and Business Operations; Clinical Safety and Pharmacovigilence; Biostatistics, and Human Resources.
Starting with the partnership of Otsuka and Bristol-Myers Squibb in 1999, Dr. Carson has been the clinical lead for ABILIFY®.
ABILIFY became the #1 prescribed drug in the US 4Q2012.
Before joining the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Carson was an Associate Professor at the Medical University of South
Carolina. He received his A.B. degree from Harvard College and his M.D. from Case Western Reserve University. He is a
member of the American Psychiatric Association and the National Medical Association.
Speaker Biographies: Brickson Diamond
Brickson Diamond is chief operating officer (COO) of The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) and the Executive Leadership
Foundation (ELF). As COO, Mr. Diamond is responsible for the daily operations of the organization and reports to the
President and CEO, Ronald C. Parker. Mr. Diamond works with the ELC leadership, staff and members to ensure the future
growth and impact of the Council. Specifically, he is responsible for the development, management, and improvement of
organizational functions, ensuring that The ELC provides a high level of service to its members, high-potential AfricanAmerican corporate leaders, and strategic partners.
Mr. Diamond is a graduate of Brown University and The Harvard Business School. Mr. Diamond resides in Washington, DC
where he is raising his nephew, a recent graduate of Middlesex School in Concord, MA.
Speaker Biographies: Carla Harris

Carla Harris is a vice chairman, global wealth management, managing director and senior client advisor at Morgan Stanley.
She formerly headed the Emerging Manager Platform, the equity capital markets effort for the consumer and retail
industries; and was responsible for Equity Private Placements. In August 2013, Carla Harris was appointed by President
Barack Obama to chair the National Women’s Business Council.
For more than a decade, Harris was a senior member of the equity syndicate desk; and executed such transactions as initial
public offerings for UPS, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, and the $3.2 billion common stock transaction for Immunex
Corporation, one of the largest biotechnology common stock transaction in U.S. history.
Harris received from Harvard Business School an MBA, Second Year Honors and an AB in economics from Harvard University,
Magna Cum Laude. She also received honorary doctorates of laws, humanities and business from Marymount Manhattan
College, Bloomfield College, Jacksonville University, Simmons College and the College of New Rochelle respectively.
Speaker Biographies: Marc Lamont Hill

Marc Lamont Hill is one of the leading hip-hop generation intellectuals in the nation. His work, which covers topics such as
popular culture, politics, sexuality, education and religion, has appeared in numerous journals, magazines, books, and
anthologies.
Dr. Hill has lectured widely and provides regular commentary for media outlets like NPR, Washington Post, Essence
Magazine, and New York Times. He is currently a weekly contributor The O’Reilly Factor and a nationally syndicated
columnist.
In the Fall of 2009, he joined the faculty of Columbia University as Associate Professor of Education and Anthropology at
Teachers College.
Speaker Biographies: Nat Irvin, II

Nat Irvin, II is the Strickler executive-in-residence and management professor at the University of Louisville, College of
Business where he teaches change management, leadership and future studies. Irvin’s groundbreaking demographic research
has created new paradigms for the future of African Americans in business and has made traditional stereotypes of black
consumers obsolete.
Among the profiles of emerging archetypes he has identified are “thrivals,” a new breed of forward-thinking, globally tuned
African Americans who bring a “no-limits” business approach. Advertisers and other media use Irvin’s findings to identify
new demographic groups and target them with customized messages and opportunities.
Prior to joining the University of Louisville in 2007, he was assistant dean for MBA student development and executive
professor of future studies at the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University.
He holds a PhD in musical arts from North Texas State University, a M.A. in media arts, a B.S. in philosophy from the
University of South Carolina; and he is a graduate of the Institute for Educational Management at Harvard University’s
Graduate School of Education.
Speaker Biographies: Carla M. Moore
Carla M. Moore is vice president, Domestic Network Distribution for Home Box Office (HBO) in New York. Moore’s career
with HBO began 17 years ago as an entry-level sales trainer and today she leads a sales and marketing team serving 3.7
million HBO and Cinemax subscribers representing $400M in annual revenues. Her team is charged with identifying and
bringing to market new revenue, product and service prospects and capitalizing on strategic opportunities to leverage HBO
content across multiple platforms.
As an active member in the communications industry, Carla was voted member of the year by the National Association for
Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) Atlanta chapter, and formerly served as president of NAMIC Chicago Chapter.
She is a graduating participant of two, leading industry programs: The 2011 Cable and Telecommunications Association for
Marketing Executive Management at the Harvard University School of Business; and the 2013 NAMIC Executive Leadership
Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Moore received her MBA from DeVry University in Chicago,
IL.
Prior to joining HBO, Moore worked in customer service operations for both Scripps Howard Cable and Sprint
Communications, and currently sits on the advisory council of several industry and civic organizations. She is mostly fulfilled
through her community service work as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Speaker Biographies: D. Keith Pigues

D. Keith Pigues is senior academic and administrative officer, Dean of the School of Business, and tenured professor of
Management at North Carolina Central University. He is also co-author of Winning with Customers: A Playbook for B2B
(Pigues and Alderman, Wiley & Sons, 2010). His forthcoming book, Get More Out of Work and Life: Experiencing More
Fulfillment Than You Ever Thought Possible, is scheduled for release in 2014.
Keith is a member of the board of directors for the Office or Mortgage Settlement Oversight, where he serves as chair of the
public policy committee. He also serves as a member of the board of advisors for the Frank Hawkins Kenan Institute for
Private Enterprise and the North Carolina Technology Association. He previously served as independent director for
Prometheus Group, a private equity sponsored software company. He is member of the Executive Leadership Council, where
he serves as a member of the Community Impact Committee.
Keith has held executive positions at Honeywell, CEMEX, ADP and RR Donnelley. He has more than 25 years of experience in
marketing, strategic planning and sales leadership in firms ranging from the Fortune 500 to mid-market private-equity backed
ventures in a range of industries. He has served in a range of senior leadership positions, including corporate senior vice
president and executive committee member. He began his career in sales & marketing in the information technology industry
with IBM and Hewlett Packard.
Keith earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from Christian Brothers University and an MBA from UNC's Kenan-Flagler
Business School.
Speaker Biographies: Donna M. Wilson

Donna M. Wilson, the senior director, Global Diversity and Inclusion, Consumer with Johnson & Johnson, is responsible for
developing and implementing the strategic diversity management initiative for the consumer business sector globally.

Previously, Wilson was vice president, Global Diversity and Inclusion with the American Express Company; overseeing and
managing the Global Diversity and Inclusion strategy. Wilson was also responsible for strategic direction of the U.S. Diversity
Council and Global Diversity Council. In 2006, Wilson departed the financial services sector to pilot a business model for
diversity, leveraging more than 23 years in the industry. Prior to her diversity role, Wilson was regional president of
Washington Mutual’s Community and External Affairs division, a group dedicated to strengthening the company’s
community-related activities.
Wilson earned a M.A. in education from Cambridge College in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She sits on the Harlem Village
Academy Board, serves as a member of The Executive Leadership Council and The Executive Leadership Foundation, and is a
trustee for Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

  • 2. Speaker Biographies: Dave Bozeman Dave Bozeman is a senior vice president with responsibility for the Caterpillar Enterprise System Group. This organization consists of seven unique businesses: Caterpillar Production System (CPS), Integrated Logistics Services (ILS), Global Purchasing (GP), Process Transformation, Lean Office, Business Resources and Human Resources. These businesses are working to drive superior results in the order-to-delivery discipline for the enterprise. Since joining Caterpillar Inc. in 2008, Dave has served as general manager for the Specialty Products Business Unit. In 2009, the Caterpillar Board of Directors named Dave vice president of the Core Components Business Unit. And in June of 2010, he was named vice president of the Integrated Manufacturing Operations Division. Dave joined Caterpillar in October of 2008 from Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where he was vice president of Advanced Manufacturing responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of advanced manufacturing technology. In particular, he was the manufacturing voice at the concept phase of product development, which included directly supporting the product plan and manufacturing objectives on cost and flexibility. Dave is a Chicago, Illinois native. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Mechanical Design from Bradley University and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Outside of his participation on the Executive Leadership Council, Dave is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers Education Foundation Board of Directors. He also serves on Bradley University's Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering Advisory Board.

Speaker Biographies: Herman Bulls Herman Bulls is an International Director and the founder and Chairman of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Public Institutions business, which delivers comprehensive real estate solutions to public entities. Additionally, he works with large corporate clients to devise and implement real estate strategies as well as reviews merger and acquisition opportunities for the firm. Bulls completed almost 12 years of active duty service with the Army, including assignments at West Point as Assistant Professor, in the Republic of Korea and the Pentagon. Additionally he founded Bulls Advisory Group and Bulls Capital Partners, a Fannie Mae multifamily lending joint venture with SunTrust and Goldman Sachs as successive partners. He is a retired Army colonel. Bulls serves on public, private and not for profit boards, including Comfort Systems, USA, Exelis, Rasmussen College, USAA and Vice Chair of the West Point Association of Graduates. He is also a member of the Real Estate Advisory Committee for New York State Teachers' Retirement System. Bulls is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, and former Chairman of the Executive Leadership Foundation. He received a BS degree in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a MBA in finance from Harvard Business School.

Speaker Biographies: Iris Bulls Mrs. Iris Bulls serves as Deputy Director for the Defense Language & National Security Education Office within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness. Mrs. Bulls advises the Director and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Readiness, who also serves as the Department of Defense (DoD) Senior Language Authority (SLA), on all matters related to foreign language capabilities in the Department of Defense. Mrs. Bulls' previously served as a member of the Defense Language Transformation Team. She was one of six military officers, from the Army, Navy and US Air Force, who developed the Defense Language Transformation Roadmap which provided Deputy Secretary of Defense level guidance for foreign language policy, programs, funding and training. As a Federal employee, Mrs. Bulls first served as a program analyst in the Office of the Secretary of Defense for quality of life programs. She later served two years as a Presidential Appointee in the Clinton Administration on the Army staff as Principal Deputy Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs. Mrs. Bulls has a Master’s degree in Education Administration from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia State University in Petersburg, Virginia. She has three sons two of whom are serving in the military as commissioned officers and one who is a manager with Sodexo.
  • 5. Speaker Biographies: James R. Calvin, Ph.D. James R. Calvin, Ph.D. is Associate Professor and Faculty Director of the Leadership Development Program (LDP) for Multicultural and Multinational Leaders, and the MBA in Organization Development Program at the Carey Business School, Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Calvin has work and management experience in several areas of business including advertising, retail, public policy and nonprofits. At IEL he worked with William S. “Bill” Woodside former CEO of Primerica and Sky Chefs; and with James J. Renier former CEO of Honeywell to develop diverse leaders across America. In the area of executive leadership development, executive coaching, and organization development and negotiation Dr. Calvin has consulted with the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), Fannie Mae, General Electric (GE), Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Verizon, KPMG, GENCO, Xerox Quality Services, the Brookings Institution, QVC Inc., The World Bank, The Global Center in Kuwait, the American Chamber of Commerce in Peru, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, UTC Aerospace Systems, GSA, GAO and other Federal Agencies. He has authored a number of book chapters, published essays, and refereed journal articles. Dr. Calvin is the recipient of several national awards. He is a keynote speaker to associations, business, government, education and other groups across the United States and internationally in Australia, Cameroon, China, Canada, Colombia, Fiji, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Portugal, St. Lucia, Scotland, and the United Kingdom. James earned a B.F.A. from the Rochester Institute of Technology. His M.A. and Ph.D. (with distinction) with a concentration in phenomenology, culture and communication are from New York University.
  • 6. Speaker Biographies: William H. Carson, M.D. William H. Carson, M.D. is President and Chief Executive Officer of Otsuka Pharmaceutical Development & Commercialization, Inc. (OPDC), a member of its Board of Directors, and a corporate officer. He has a proven track record of successful clinical development of pharmaceutical compounds leading to worldwide regulatory authority approvals. Reporting directly to him are the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer; Senior Vice President, Global Regulatory Affairs; Senior Vice President, Translational Medicine and Think Team; and the Vice Presidents for the Therapeutic areas; Clinical Management and Business Operations; Clinical Safety and Pharmacovigilence; Biostatistics, and Human Resources. Starting with the partnership of Otsuka and Bristol-Myers Squibb in 1999, Dr. Carson has been the clinical lead for ABILIFY®. ABILIFY became the #1 prescribed drug in the US 4Q2012. Before joining the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Carson was an Associate Professor at the Medical University of South Carolina. He received his A.B. degree from Harvard College and his M.D. from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the National Medical Association.
  • 7. Speaker Biographies: Brickson Diamond Brickson Diamond is chief operating officer (COO) of The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) and the Executive Leadership Foundation (ELF). As COO, Mr. Diamond is responsible for the daily operations of the organization and reports to the President and CEO, Ronald C. Parker. Mr. Diamond works with the ELC leadership, staff and members to ensure the future growth and impact of the Council. Specifically, he is responsible for the development, management, and improvement of organizational functions, ensuring that The ELC provides a high level of service to its members, high-potential AfricanAmerican corporate leaders, and strategic partners. Mr. Diamond is a graduate of Brown University and The Harvard Business School. Mr. Diamond resides in Washington, DC where he is raising his nephew, a recent graduate of Middlesex School in Concord, MA.
  • 8. Speaker Biographies: Carla Harris Carla Harris is a vice chairman, global wealth management, managing director and senior client advisor at Morgan Stanley. She formerly headed the Emerging Manager Platform, the equity capital markets effort for the consumer and retail industries; and was responsible for Equity Private Placements. In August 2013, Carla Harris was appointed by President Barack Obama to chair the National Women’s Business Council. For more than a decade, Harris was a senior member of the equity syndicate desk; and executed such transactions as initial public offerings for UPS, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, and the $3.2 billion common stock transaction for Immunex Corporation, one of the largest biotechnology common stock transaction in U.S. history. Harris received from Harvard Business School an MBA, Second Year Honors and an AB in economics from Harvard University, Magna Cum Laude. She also received honorary doctorates of laws, humanities and business from Marymount Manhattan College, Bloomfield College, Jacksonville University, Simmons College and the College of New Rochelle respectively.
  • 9. Speaker Biographies: Marc Lamont Hill Marc Lamont Hill is one of the leading hip-hop generation intellectuals in the nation. His work, which covers topics such as popular culture, politics, sexuality, education and religion, has appeared in numerous journals, magazines, books, and anthologies. Dr. Hill has lectured widely and provides regular commentary for media outlets like NPR, Washington Post, Essence Magazine, and New York Times. He is currently a weekly contributor The O’Reilly Factor and a nationally syndicated columnist. In the Fall of 2009, he joined the faculty of Columbia University as Associate Professor of Education and Anthropology at Teachers College.

Speaker Biographies: Nat Irvin, II Nat Irvin, II is the Strickler executive-in-residence and management professor at the University of Louisville, College of Business where he teaches change management, leadership and future studies. Irvin’s groundbreaking demographic research has created new paradigms for the future of African Americans in business and has made traditional stereotypes of black consumers obsolete. Among the profiles of emerging archetypes he has identified are “thrivals,” a new breed of forward-thinking, globally tuned African Americans who bring a “no-limits” business approach. Advertisers and other media use Irvin’s findings to identify new demographic groups and target them with customized messages and opportunities. Prior to joining the University of Louisville in 2007, he was assistant dean for MBA student development and executive professor of future studies at the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University. He holds a PhD in musical arts from North Texas State University, a M.A. in media arts, a B.S. in philosophy from the University of South Carolina; and he is a graduate of the Institute for Educational Management at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education.
  • 11. Speaker Biographies: Carla M. Moore Carla M. Moore is vice president, Domestic Network Distribution for Home Box Office (HBO) in New York. Moore’s career with HBO began 17 years ago as an entry-level sales trainer and today she leads a sales and marketing team serving 3.7 million HBO and Cinemax subscribers representing $400M in annual revenues. Her team is charged with identifying and bringing to market new revenue, product and service prospects and capitalizing on strategic opportunities to leverage HBO content across multiple platforms. As an active member in the communications industry, Carla was voted member of the year by the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) Atlanta chapter, and formerly served as president of NAMIC Chicago Chapter. She is a graduating participant of two, leading industry programs: The 2011 Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing Executive Management at the Harvard University School of Business; and the 2013 NAMIC Executive Leadership Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Moore received her MBA from DeVry University in Chicago, IL. Prior to joining HBO, Moore worked in customer service operations for both Scripps Howard Cable and Sprint Communications, and currently sits on the advisory council of several industry and civic organizations. She is mostly fulfilled through her community service work as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
  • 12. Speaker Biographies: D. Keith Pigues D. Keith Pigues is senior academic and administrative officer, Dean of the School of Business, and tenured professor of Management at North Carolina Central University. He is also co-author of Winning with Customers: A Playbook for B2B (Pigues and Alderman, Wiley & Sons, 2010). His forthcoming book, Get More Out of Work and Life: Experiencing More Fulfillment Than You Ever Thought Possible, is scheduled for release in 2014. Keith is a member of the board of directors for the Office or Mortgage Settlement Oversight, where he serves as chair of the public policy committee. He also serves as a member of the board of advisors for the Frank Hawkins Kenan Institute for Private Enterprise and the North Carolina Technology Association. He previously served as independent director for Prometheus Group, a private equity sponsored software company. He is member of the Executive Leadership Council, where he serves as a member of the Community Impact Committee. Keith has held executive positions at Honeywell, CEMEX, ADP and RR Donnelley. He has more than 25 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning and sales leadership in firms ranging from the Fortune 500 to mid-market private-equity backed ventures in a range of industries. He has served in a range of senior leadership positions, including corporate senior vice president and executive committee member. He began his career in sales & marketing in the information technology industry with IBM and Hewlett Packard. Keith earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from Christian Brothers University and an MBA from UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School.
  • 13. Speaker Biographies: Donna M. Wilson Donna M. Wilson, the senior director, Global Diversity and Inclusion, Consumer with Johnson & Johnson, is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic diversity management initiative for the consumer business sector globally. Previously, Wilson was vice president, Global Diversity and Inclusion with the American Express Company; overseeing and managing the Global Diversity and Inclusion strategy. Wilson was also responsible for strategic direction of the U.S. Diversity Council and Global Diversity Council. In 2006, Wilson departed the financial services sector to pilot a business model for diversity, leveraging more than 23 years in the industry. Prior to her diversity role, Wilson was regional president of Washington Mutual’s Community and External Affairs division, a group dedicated to strengthening the company’s community-related activities. Wilson earned a M.A. in education from Cambridge College in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She sits on the Harlem Village Academy Board, serves as a member of The Executive Leadership Council and The Executive Leadership Foundation, and is a trustee for Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
