Sunflower SCF service was created by the company Ningbo Baize Supply Chain Co,
LTD founded in 1999 in Ningbo (China). Operating in different sectors such as
import-export , trading and sourcing , the company decided early 2015 to be
specialized in financing orders from China.
ThisThis system has been successfully tested for 2 years with our own customers, and
has allowed some customers to save their businesses, others to develop faster and
some to enter markets where previously they had been excluded because of the
financial burden. Indeed, the current economic situation forced many import
companies to significantly reduce their expenditures and investment. This in turn
had an adverse impact on their ability to further develop both their markets and
organisations.
RealizingRealizing the difficulties that the economic environment was causing to these
previous successful companies, Ningbo Baize Supply Chain decided to established
this new funding system « Sunflower Supply Chain Finance » for all the importing
companies to ease some of these pressures.
SunflSunflower service is simple: We buy the products for importing companies and give
them 90 days credit. We also take care of the transport and the customs clearance of
the goods. Unlike banks, we don’t ask any guarantee and we lend bigger amounts.

The buyer negotiates with his Chinese supplier and confirms the order.
We then place the order with the supplier. With our 15 years experience
in the chinese market, we can also help you to source new products or
new suppliers.
When the goods are ready, after the buyer’s inspection, order and
shipping confirmations, we will pay the supplier.
We arrange the shipment for the buyer: book the shipping space, collect
goods and complete the necessary customs declaration.
After the vessel arrives at the destination port, we clear customs, arrange
the domestic transportation and deliver the goods to the buyer’s
warehouse.
90 days after we paid the supplier, the buyer arranges the payment to
Sunflower with the additional 3%-8% commission of the total amount
we paid.
Note: If a deposit is required, the buyer will have to pay the deposit to
the supplier.
