1. Outlook for Week of February 29, 2016

Weekly MoM turns up for Nasdaq, may have bottomed. Most major
indexes are still well below their reversal levels, except for the FTSE 100,
which is first in line to turn weekly bullish.

Bonds stay in bullish trend with upward MoM.

Gold is pausing a bit but stays fully bullish.

EURUSD is only barely holding above its reversal level. Trend may turn
bearish.

Oil stays weak bearish. A rebound rally would target the RevL, currently
at $39.43.

Wheat is bearish and keeps chopping around near the 460 support level.
Next major move could go either way. Wait.

2. Follow us on Twitter where we post these reversal levels every day

Buy signal for DAX. Nikkei is the only major index that remains in bearish
mode. Upward MoM for all markets. Hold until MoM turns down.

Bonds (TLT) are coming down to test their RevL. May have peaked.

Gold is pulling back a bit after a strong rally. Looking for a test of the
reversal level, currently at $$1186.

$EURUSD has gone into bearish mode last week and failed to hold the
important support at 1.10. Looks weak.

Oil stays in bullish mode but has not added to gains so far. Needs follow
through.

Wheat is slowly grinding lower. Stays fully bearish.

3. 
Buy signal for Argentina.

MoM turns up for a bunch of markets. The
steady improvement from the recent weeks is
continuing.

Now we should start getting more Buy signals if
this rebound is for real. Several markets are
already close their reversal levels, with
Thailand, Turkey, Malaysia and Mexico being
the main candidates to back get into bullish
trend.

Buy signal for DD, NKE and UTX.


15 = mildly bearish market. See article:
Keeping an eye on the Dow stocks

Most Dow stocks have upward MoM now, so
the market healing goes on and it looks like we
will get back to 20 bullish stocks in the coming
weeks. A failure to do so would be a very
bearish sign if weekly MoM starts turning down
again.
