The presentation outlined the user experience of subscribers sending GCASH payments to billers, as well as the benefits to billers and rural banks. It described the settlement process where payments are collected in a GCASH wallet and reporting is provided, and the commercial terms of processing fees paid per payment.

4. Disbursement and Reporting
• All disbursements are debited from a designated GCASH wallet under the
name of the rural bank.
• Rural bank funds the designated GCASH wallet to cover the disbursements
• Company or rural bank uploads the payroll instructions using the GCASH WIRE
web portal
• Company or rural bank downloads the disbursement report from the GCASH
WIRE web portal
5. Commercial Terms
• Processing fee of Php 1.00 per credit to be paid to GXI. At its option, the rural
bank may add a mark up to the processing fee.
• Should the company pay GXI directly, GXI will pay the rural bank its share
of the revenue.
• Should the company pay the rural bank directly, the rural bank will pay GXI
the processing fee stated above.
• Total processing fees incurred for the month shall be payable on or before the
15th of the succeeding month.

8. Settlement and Reporting
• All payments are collected through a designated GCASH wallet under the name
of the rural bank.
• On the next banking day:
• GXI sends to the rural bank the daily collection report, which the rural bank
then relays to the biller. Based on the daily collection report, biller posts
the payments to the subscriber accounts.
• rural bank credits the account of the biller, which is maintained with the
rural bank, for all payments collected as stated in the daily collection report
• At its option, the rural bank may request that the funds in the designated
GCASH wallet under its name be transferred to its settlement account.
9. Commercial Terms
• Processing fee of Php 7.00 per payment, exclusive of VAT, to be paid to GXI.
At its option, the rural bank may add a mark up to the processing fee.
• Should the biller pay GXI directly, GXI will pay the rural bank its share of
the revenue.
• Should the biller pay the rural bank directly, the rural bank will pay GXI the
processing fee stated above.
• Total processing fees incurred for the month shall be payable on or before the
