Description
Infosys had to design and Draft the primary structure i.e. frame as
well as the secondary members attaching with the frame part.
The project involves designing of frame part and other secondary
and tertiary components like clips, counter splices, splices and
brackets in the crown and lateral frames region of central fuselage.
It involves creation of manufacturing drawings of frame details,
frame clips, splices, counter splices and brackets. Also it involves
creation of assembly and installation of frames of central fuselage.
On the later part, the designed parts are sent for stress analysis
and drawings were created for each part. We had to generate bill
of materials, engineering change notes and other engineering
designing and manufacturing related remarks based on the
observations on designed frame detail and other parts and create
drawing sets on PDM link SSCI (System Structure Cabin Interface)
which is the Interface for windchill(airbus repository). Also, we had

Infosys is dealing with the primary as well as secondary and tertiary
structural harnesses, not only for designing aspect but for analysis
(design and stress both) and testing for the developed structures.
This project involves the testing of the designed components based
over the stress output and again developing a solution in case of
failure.
The testing has to be done for all the Skin and other adjoining
primary structures, over all the regions as crown, laterals and LJP
areas.

Description
Infosys is dealing with the with the whole Section 15 region and
hence FLS is one prominent designing areas in which it had
contributed for all types of parts i.e. primary as well as secondary
and tertiary structural harnesses.
The project involves the development of only primary and
secondary components over the region.
As the area is very critical, so lots of designing and manufacturing
concepts needed to consider while designing.

Description
Primary structures are the structure defining parts and brackets
defines the networking inside an aircraft. Brackets are vital because
they are responsible to provide structural stability as well as
routing to other System Integrations. They are also responsible for
the flow of electricity and networking of electrical components.

IPs also plays major role as they defines the interface between two
harnesses. It provides the mating location so that two harnesses
can associate themselves provided with the stability by the
brackets.
The project involves two phases. First phase involves with the
validating the IP point location as the interfacing is possible at the
location.
Second phase comprises designing of the brackets based on the
interfaces and the other environmental parts.

Description Primary structures are the structure defining parts and brackets defines the networking inside an aircraft. Brackets are vital because they are responsible to provide structural stability as well as routing to other System Integrations. They are also responsible for the flow of electricity and networking of electrical components.
  • 8.  Mahendra Dutt Mishra IPs also plays major role as they defines the interface between two harnesses. It provides the mating location so that two harnesses can associate themselves provided with the stability by the brackets. The project involves two phases. First phase involves with the validating the IP point location as the interfacing is possible at the location. Second phase comprises designing of the brackets based on the interfaces and the other environmental parts. On the later part, the designed parts are sent for stress analysis and drawings were created for each part. We had to generate bill of materials, engineering change notes and other engineering designing and manufacturing related remarks based on the observations on designed detail and other parts and create drawing sets on PDM link SSCI (System Structure Cabin Interface) which is the Interface for windchill(airbus repository). Role  Validating interface points as per stress inputs, tooling zone and product structure.  Designing and developing brackets as per the harnesses, environmental parts, primary structures and other mating components.  Involved with the complete designing, analyzing and reviewing of the part and with the complete lifecycle.  Creating drawings and defining the attributes.  Management of the part using management tool PDM and VPM.
