What do we offer?
 SMEs able to directly claim up to
RM750 of total cloud subscription fee

Who can participate?
• Businesses established as entity and qualified under
SME definition 2014; and
• SMEs registered with Companies Commission of
Malaysia or Registrar of Businesses; and
• SMEs must have valid company bank account ; and
• SMEs must have not participated in similar program
before ; and
• SMEs must at least 6 months in operations ; and
• SMEs must commence subscription (from 1 January
2014 – 12 December 2014) to any SaaS Solutions
provided by qualified MSC Malaysia Status Companies.

Definition of SME 2014?
• Manufacturing sector, sales turnover not exceeding
RM50 million OR full-time employees not exceeding
200 workers
• Services and other sectors, sales turnover not
exceeding RM20 million OR full-time employees not
exceeding 75 workers

Disbursement Guidelines:
• Interested SMEs must fulfil the Eligibility Criteria of this Programme.
• Incentive is based on reimbursement basis for all subscriptions of the
Qualified SaaS Solutions commenced during the Programme Duration.
Participating SMEs are required to pay in full the monthly or annual
subscription fee for the Qualified SaaS Solutions that is provided by a
MSC Malaysia Status Company.
• Limited to the first 1800 SMEs who have submitted complete
Online Disbursement Form to MDeC.
• Maximum amount to be claimed each company is RM750.00
• SMEs are only allowed to claim ONCE throughout the Programme
Duration.

1) FOR BUSINESS (SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP OR PARTNERSHIP)
a. Certified true copies of Business Registration Certificate.
or
Printed Business Profile from SSM e-info portal.
b. Certified true copies of Six (6) months Bank Account Statement.
2) FOR COMPANY (SDN BHD)
a. Certified true copies of Form 9 or Form 13 (for change of company’s
name) and latest company audited report ( Year 2012 or latest)
or
b. Printed Company Profile from SSM e-info portal (with Summary of
Financial Information and the revenue is not “0” or N/A).
3) FOR ALL APPLICANTS
a. Original Payment Receipt(s)/Payment Voucher, issued by qualified
Solution Provider for subscription of SaaS Solutions
