We have to stop thinking the training in the "classroom" way: we have to start with different approach. One-to-one, instead of one-to-group; we have to support Training and Teaching with other methodologies, like Mentoring and Coaching; we have to use the "cloud" to share knowledge and information. This is possible using e-learning and Social Media.
