Downtown Las Vegas is a growing community with a focus on becoming the greatest city in the world to live, learn, work and play. My intuition said we need to have one solid list of core values for us all to remember we are one team.

3. Why
Culture: What gives the Downtown Las
Vegas Community and the Vegas Tech
Community the best chance for progress of
our passions, happiness of our team, and
personal growth while part of the journey?
I have given best efforts to share my journey
to avoid big revelations. I think we all have
a chance at being part of something much
bigger.
4. The Foundation of our Values
In July of 2011 DTLV community member Michele Reed began
following team Zappos and studying the impact the team made
to defining culture and building a solid foundation for doing
good business. Later in 2012 Delivering Happiness helped us
better understand HOW to DEFINE culture.
In 2013, we used CULTURE IS TO A COMPANY as a
COMMUNITY IS TO A CITY….the use of the seven deadly sins to
define our culture and put together this document.
