5. Methods: Trigger At least once a day, before meal-times, each participant was sent a MMS with a (humorous) picture of a vegetable and caption regarding eating veggies

6. Methods: Motivation Each evening, each participant was sent a scoreboard showing a comparison between their veggies eaten and all of the other participants for the previous days
