This means you need an English credit from
12th grade plus possibly 1 more if you haven't
taken a full course load.
Must achieve 22 credits and
meet all required criteria.
6. How can you do
this?
We must make up 5 terms of English in
3 terms.
This will be demonstrated in the
completing study plan.
7. Applying for early
graduation
• Must have 20 completed credits and no
fails.
• Must have maintained a G.P.A over 3.0
throughout high school
• Must have approval from Korean College
Counselor and House Teacher
• Must apply before the end of term 5 grade

8. Completing Study
Plan
• This will be made in conjunction with
your grade 12 English teacher
• This will outline the requirements and
due dates for all work
• This must be signed by students, parents
and the English teacher
9. The procedure after
initial approval
• University acceptance can be expected in December
• If a student has been granted initial approval fails in any
subject they will be negated from early graduation
• Student must complete all curriculum
• After University acceptance is submitted to the school the
student may be given leave to drop all subjects other than
those in the completing study plan
10. Term 3- 2015
• The Academic Credit Committee will endeavor to
grant final approval for early graduation as soon as
possible
• However the final decision rests on completing the
study plan
• Students will not be granted early graduation if they
exceed 10 days absence in grade 12.
• Any Academic dishonesty will invalidate any early
graduation
• The final decision on early graduation lies with the
Academic Credit Committee
11. G.P.A and transcript
considerations
• The maximum grade for early
graduation credit subjects is B+
• AP courses will be amended on the
transcript to read college (subject)
• Transcript will show dropped passing for
courses that are incomplete
