personnel under 3 categories for the whole period (FY 2011-12 to 2015-16) of HPNSDP. Here I am
assigned as Supervisor – Financial Management (HPNSDP, MoHFW)
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Preparation of work plan and working strategy.
• Analysis the works and establish the working strategy
• Preparation of work schedule
• Analysis of overall fund disbursement and expenditure process
• Follow up of workings of FM personnel’s
• Preparation of weekly status report and submitted to FMAU
• Preparation of monthly progress report
• Provide guideline on preparation of fixed assets and stock registers
• Monitoring and reviewing the works of FM personnel’s of DGHS under following matters-
- Ensuring that all financial records are maintained in accordance with the prescribed
rules and regulations in compliance with the Government of Bangladesh’s Accounts
Codes, the Treasury Rules and General Financial rules.
- Ensuring that the SoEs and IUFRs are submitted within the due date to FMAU.
- Ensuring that all funds allocated for HPNSDP are used for the purposes intended,
properly accounted for, provide value for money and comply with the requirements of
the Development Partners (DPS).
