Greetings!
Allow me to take this time to acknowledge the great
accomplishment you have achieved today, on your graduation
day. I would like to congratulate your parent, you families and
friends who have supported you and inspired you to get to
where are now.
Today marks as special day in your lives. Although may be
closing one chapter in your life. A graduation symbolizes a
time of hope and promise. It is pledge of a better tomorrow
and gives us strength and encouragement.
As a legislator, education has always been one of my top
priorities. To be able to bear witness to the fruit of education
today is a blessing. Your education has instilled in you critical
values that will be important your whole life; growth, respect,
the importance of dreams and love for learning.

hard work you have shown despite some economic difficulties
throughout these years. I commend you for giving high
priority to your education. I believe that education is the most
powerful tool that can change the path of any individual.
Let your dreams inspire you to achieve higher goals in life. Let
the trials and triumphs that you have gained in the past years
strengthen on your character and prepare you for bigger
responsibilities in the future.
Never let your failures stop you from achieving your goals. You
may fail several times but what is important is how you get
