1. Product Lead.
A leader in the betting and gaming industry are looking for a Product Lead to join and lead multi-skilled Scrum
teams and Product Owners. As Product Lead you will be passionate about the end customer experience with a
keen eye for detail. This is a Technology and Product driven business and as Product Lead you will be proud to
work with the wider business delivering cutting edge products.
As Product Lead your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Work with Commercial and Business Development teams to understand market opportunities, develop a
roadmap and create a vision for the future.
 Plan and execute new product development from conceptual stages through the full product lifecycle,.
 Seek input from external and internal stakeholders and keeping abreast of industry and sector best practice
 Leading Product delivery in the elaboration of new requirements, concept phase scoping and estimation
and identification of high level dependencies and impacts to downstream systems
 Producing Epic backlogs and a schedule of manageable packages of work for delivery focused scrum teams.
 Facilitating the flow of requirements from high level Epics to fully groomed, fully project delineated
 Ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of the roadmap and dependencies
 Line management of Product Managers; objective setting, 1:1s, personal development, staff engagement,
appraisals and performance management.
 Delivering great Consumer based Products!
Experience Desired:
 Experience as the primary product manager or business analyst on one or more significant projects, for the
entire software delivery lifecycle.
 Demonstrable experience of Scrum agile software delivery methodology and a good understanding of the
Product Owner role.
 Proven experience of Delivering on high transactional sites.
 Knowledge of techniques for requirements capture and specification, the ability to balance tactical and
strategic needs and always focus on the customer.
 Proven ability to think creatively and to apply analytical and problem solving skills effectively
 A good understanding of software development and extensive experience of working with developers and
technical architects in systems and solutions design
 Experience of working on Web user interfaces and with User Experience teams
 Interest in the Sports and an understanding of sports betting desirable
 Familiarity with, and ability to undertake, logical data modelling, interface specification and sequence
diagrams.
 Management experience in an agile environment.
