the mouth of the dragon, with intricate water ways and colourful floating markets. You will
discover electric Saigon, a city of contrasts where modern and ancient Asia compete openly with
the remnants of colonial France for your attention. Then exploring Hanoi, the capital, we will be
discovering other parts of North Vietnam which includes truly charming villages and the
spectacular limestone scenery of Ha Long Bay.

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh Arrival
Arrive at Tan Son Nhat International airport. Welcome by our driver with your name on board.
Then transfer you to Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) center. Lunch/dinner at your account.
Overnight at hotel in Ho Chi Minh city.
Day 2: Mekong Delta My Tho - Ben Tre (B,L,D)
Breakfast at hotel.
08:00 - 08:30 AM,Pick up & start to Mekong delta tour.
9:30am - 10.00am, arrive in My Tho. Board a wooden motor boat (20 minutes) to Unicorn Island.
On this boat along the river’s bank, you’ll be passing through natural creeks, interesting
fisherman's port, stilt houses (half on land, half on water).
From there, we’ll take you to a bee farm where you have a chance to taste a tasteful cup of
authentic honey tea. After that we walk around quiet villages and watch the life of rural people in
Mekong Delta.
Things get small and personal now. We are divided into many groups and get on small row boats.
During this 15 minutes trip, you’ll witness all kind of interesting transportation modes that local
people use to move around, while enjoying the fresh air along the canal and beautiful water
coconut tree scenery. Away from the city, that is it all about!
Next, let's get back to the large motor boat for something different. You'll cruise a canal whose 2
long sides are orchards. After that, we cruise to a village where the sweat smell coconut candies
are in the air. To satisfy your curiosity, we'll get to a village that has many small shops that make
coconut candy and handcrafted items from coconut trees of Mekong Delta. You might learn that
those people can amazingly make dozens of useful products out of coconut trees. It is indeed
inseparable from the villagers' life.
Have a lunch at the restaurant in Mekong Delta.
One of the boat’s stops during this trip is at a seasonable orchard that has many different types of
tasty tropical fruits for your enjoyments. You can enjoy the fruits for free while checking out the
folk music that is typical to only the people in Southern Vietnam.
As your journey ends, you will return to My Tho by motorized boat and then travel to Can Tho.
Overnight in Can Tho.
Day 3: Cai Rang floating market - Saigon (B,L,D)
After breakfast, around 7:15 am, we board a boat and travel for about 40 minutes to get to our
first spectacular landscape ---- Cai Rang floating market...
This is the largest of its type in the whole Mekong delta. During this visit, you'll have a chance to

2. board a merchant boat that sells pineapples which come from Can Tho City.
After that, we continue on our riverine route for 5-7 minutes and then on foot for about 5 minutes
to reach a noodle and a rice paper factories.
The next stop is a rice processing factory where you'll learn the many steps that transform "rice
with a brown cover" to the delicious and beautiful rice grain that we consume daily.
The time now should be around 12 noon. Time for lunch! Let's go back to Can Tho for that.
We end our sightseeing trip at downtown Can Tho. On the way back to Ho Chi Minh by
bus/private car, we'll have a stop at an interesting point to rest and also have photographs..
Finish trip in Ho Chi Minh at 19.00 pm. Dinner & Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city
Day 4: Cu Chi tunnels half day - Fly to Hanoi (B,L)
Breakfast at hotel & check-out. Put your bags there.
08:15 - 08:30 Pick up at your hotel. Excursion Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground tunnels network
constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the struggle for independence. It took about 25 years
to build this underground city, which has living rooms, kitchens, hospitals, weapon factories,
storage facilities and command centre. The tunnel system was an excellent way for the Vietcong
to move around the countryside undetected by the Americans and home to around 10,000 people
who lived underground for several years.
Before we go underground, we watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were
constructed. We then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels. Also on display are
various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made
by 500 pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers. We then drive back to your hotel. Arriving at
approximately 14.00pm. Lunch at local restaurant.
Then leave to the airport, take flight ticket to Hanoi city. We will pick you up at the airport to hotel
in Hanoi center. Dinner at your account.
Overnight in Hanoi city.
Day 5: Hoa Lu - Tam Coc (B,L,D)
Breakfast at hotel.
AM : 08:00 - 08:30. Our guide & driver will pick you up at your hotel in Ha Noi Old Quater, then
leave by coach to Hoa Lu (2.5 hrs). Visit the historic capital of Viet Nam and the famous ancient
temples of Le and Dinh Dynasties. Bus transfer or cycle for an hour on picturesque quiet roads
through villages, rice fields, rivers and rocky outcrops to Tam Coc for lunch.
PM : Boat trip to visit Tam Coc to see the beauty of the karst formations as you pass along their
base and row into one of the many caves carved through the limestone. back to your hotel
around 18h00. Dinner & Overnight in Hanoi city.
Day 6: Hanoi - Halong bay on cruise (B,L,D)
Breakfast at hotel.
08:00 - 08:30 We will leave Ha Noi for Ha Long City in a modern bus. Get on a luxury junk boat
and enjoy a welcome drink and lunch of savory local sea food. Check into your cabin and start
cruising around the bay to enjoy the amazing formations of karsts such as: Lion, Tea Pot, Toad,
Dau Nguoi (Human Head) islet, and then stop for a walk through the Sung Sot “Amazing” cave.
There will be plenty of free time for kayaking, swimming and sunbathing (weather permitting) after
the boat anchors. Enjoy a wonderful sunset dinner in our beautiful restaurant before retiring to the
comfort of your cabin. Have dinner and spend a relaxing night on the Boat.
Day 7: Halong bay - Hanoi (B,L,D)
07.15: Cakes, fruit, tea and coffee will be served. We will continue the cruise through Ha Long
Bay.
09.30 – 10.30: Enjoy lunch after you pack your things and leave the cabin.
11.30 – 12.00: Sail back to Ha Long pier and take a bus back to Hanoi.
16:15: Arrive in Hanoi city. Dinner & Overnight in Hanoi city.

3. Day 8: Hanoi departure (B)
After breakfast, you will get free time until your flight depart. Our driver will pick off you 3 hours
before departure time. Tour ends.
