Manufacturing Technology Intern May 2015 – September 2015
Collaborated with a team that is implementing a $12 million automated line for Wall-mount enclosures.
Receiving training for a simulation program called Simul8. Which was used this training to calculate the
cost, lead times and cycle times to gain insight on the Wallmount Automation project.
Participated in multiple Kaizen events to reorganize the assembly floor of all cooling products and
eliminated waste within the assembly process.
Researched and contacted suppliers to support a ~$1.2 million cell within Wallmount Automation allowing
for the picking, placing, and welding of components on Pentair’s enclosures.

Performed HVAC filter test through ASHRAE-approved wind-tunnel system and collected data for
scientific research involving filtration data.
