1. Hello,
!My name is Matthew McCullough and I would like to introduce myself as both a good soul and
an experienced hospitality professional who has spent my career working in a diverse
collection of incredible restaurants.
!For nearly twelve years, I was part of a remarkable team at Rock’N Fish Seafood & Steaks in
Manhattan Beach California. In June of 2002, owner Mike Zislis hired me as a server. For the
next several years I progressed from a server, bartender, floor manager into an Assistant
General Manager for five years. We had an incredible management team and a company that
took care of the staff and customers. They provided the team with all the training and tools
to be a world-class establishment providing genuine hospitality and amazing cuisine.
!That experience prepared me for my next career endeavor which was an exciting and
challenging opportunity to open up Fletcher’s on Main Street in Park City Utah as a General
Manager and Managing Partner. This experience allowed me to recognize and value the
delicate nature of the restaurant business, especially in a seasonally oriented resort town. My
hard work, insight, experience, leadership and integrity was instrumental to the business
having a successful first year. I developed and led a strong team of hospitality professionals;
and working with the Executive Chef and owners we created one of the best restaurants in
Park City.
!I am looking for my next challenge. I am confident in my abilities and know that I can succeed
in nearly anything I put my heart and mind to. I can assure you of my integrity, hard work,
