repertoire.
 Supervise delivery of audio, artwork, and label copy for Universal International’s frontline
repertoire; generate works, resources, releases, UPCs, ISRCs and direct the ingestion of digital
assets into Universal’s metadata management systems.
 Prepare releases in accordance with global marketing strategies and release dates as determined by
international marketing and A&R departments.
 Produce weekly sales reports for UMG’s senior executives, highlighting album sales, download
sales and adjusted figures (TEA/SEA) of global priority artists throughout major markets and
territories.

 Founded rights management company to collect royalties for songwriters and independent
publishers; currently representing compositions by The Temptations, Outkast, Chris Brown, Boney
James, Ludacris, and Fabolous.
 Enhance royalty income for clients by affiliating directly with international mechanical rights
societies, integrate writer/publisher metadata with various digital music services, and participate in
NMPA and CMRRA-SODRAC industry settlements.
 Manage the musician Sonaro, producer of Fabolous’ viral hit “Cuffin’ Season;” maximized
exposure for Sonaro and “Cuffin’ Season” by securing interviews with Revolt, The Source, Vibe,
HipHopWired, facilitate collaborations with artists and songwriters, book studio sessions, and
manage social media presence.

 Negotiated and executed over 40 songwriter and publisher contracts.
 Increased Missing Link Music’s catalog to include compositions by Prince, Lil Wayne, Drake, Nicki
Minaj, NWA, Luther Vandross, 50 Cent, Carlos Santana, and Earth Wind & Fire.
 Issued mechanical licenses, registered compositions with US performance rights organizations as
well as international mechanical societies (PRS For Music, CMRRA, SACEM); organized and
maintained the internal database consisting of songwriter splits, royalty rates and other related
