Introduction

Megkom is a distributor and value added reseller of next generation wireless and optical
networking equipment. Our customers include service providers, operators, municipalities,
offshore seismic & geophysical companies, and systems integrators across the Nordic region
and in Canada.

Megkom was established in 2002 and is currently providing its products and services to a
number of Canadian and European based companies with global presence. Our portfolio of
solutions is comprehensive and constantly evolving to keep pace with the industry.

Megkom resources deliver value in the following areas;

      comprehensive product portfolio
      business development and sales
      technology evaluation, optimisation and deployment
      consultative analysis and market development
      project lifecycle management
      advise on Green IT alternatives
      spectrum licence acquisition

Megkom is headquartered in Oslo, Norway with a Canadian project office in Orillia, Ontario.
The principals have more than 50 years combined international experiences from Europe,
Asia, the Middle East and North America that alleviate cultural issues for high technology
companies in global operations.

Megkom operates as a based value added reseller, providing design first line technical support
to our customers. Megkom directs the commercial, systems integration and support
requirements from its Oslo headquarters into customers across the Nordic and Baltic region
and has delivered products globally.

Purchase arrangements are also in place a number of other vendors as well allowing Megkom
to source all the equipment necessary to build all types of fixed wireless and optical networks.
Megkom can customise solutions and prides itself on a rapid response to our customers for all
their communications requirements.

Megkom offers one of the most extensive fixed wireless portfolios available in Europe with a
product spectrum that covers frequencies from 100 MHz to 92 GHz with the greatest
bandwidth utilisation per MHz available (fibre like speeds through the air).

              GPS, UHF, VHF, GSM, 3G, FWA, WIFI, WIMAX, FSO and mmWave

Megkom has directly or indirectly worked with and delivered projects into the following

Business Development – Ian Clark MBA

Ian has over 20 years experience from technical, sales, marketing, management and business
development positions. His expertise within next generation voice, data, wireless and optical
networks allow him to effectively deliver immediate value to Megkom customers.

Ian has provided interim management sales and business development consultancy services
and in Scandinavia and the Baltic Region for the following companies;

      BOE -Cube Optics (GER), Meriton Networks (CA), and Aria Networks (UK)
      Megkom- IPnett (NO), Podium Vision (FR), and BOE (UK)
      BCRI (CA) –Nortel Networks

His skills deliver immediate value to customers in any one of the following roles:

      Business Development Manager/ Director/ Consultant
      Sales Agent/ Representative/ Manager/ Director
      Operations Manager/ Country Manager/ Managing Director

Project Management- Outside Plant Wayne Clark

Wayne has over 35 years of experience within the Global Telecommunications sector. Wayne
has been exposed to all technical areas related to switching, training and OSP disciplines in
both field and support departments. Strong project management skills, customer interface and
adaptability to new environments are a proven asset.

Wayne has provided extensive OSP consultancy services in the Middle East, Philippines and
Canada in the following roles:

      OSP Consultant to KMOC (MOTAC) project with Lucent (DU)
      Manager OSP Engineering, HOI (SA)
      Manager OSP Engineering, Lucent Technologies (SA)
      Project Manager, Nortel Networks (PH)
      Manager Network Maintenance, Bell Canada (CA)
      Manager Training, Bell Canada (CA)
      Advisor Technical Affairs, BCI (SA)

His skill set with Outside Plant (OSP) projects are focused on Greenfield and competitive
service provider deployments of new fibre builds (FTTx, PON or Core).
