To Whom It May Concern:
Melanie has been employed by us since February 2012. Melanie has been working as a
Project Coordinator assisting our internal Sr. Project Managers on projects for multiple
clients. She has adapted and performed well on the different project requirements and
responsibilities.
Unfortunately, due to changes to our company policy her position is being relocated to one
of our satellite offices. Melanie has been given the opportunity to relocate and keep her
job. Melanie is considering and evaluating the possibility of relocating in order to keep her
job; however, due to family circumstances she might not be able to relocate, thus the need
for her to look for employment somewhere else at this time.
