2. Definition:
It is an event that describes how someone’s
beliefs about somebody else influences on
their performance. Consequently, there is a
direct relationship between expectations
about an individual and the outcome that is
obtained from them.

classroom:
Motivate students to set innovative goals.
9. Conclusion
Yesenia: To have satisfactory results in the classroom the
teacher should follow the steps mentioned in the slides
before. If the teacher sets high expectations and has a
positive view on the students, it’ll be more likely for them
to succeed.
Melissa: Also, find creative ways to teach, the students
will perceive the hard work the teacher is putting into the
class and they’ll be motivated to learn.
